My friend and I were looking for a spot to get some dinner before a Celtics game and we were walking by New York Shawarma Guys on the way to the arena and decided to go there. We were there under an hour before tip off and it wasn’t overly busy which was nice!I ordered the lamb shawarma wrap and forgot to ask for it to be spicy, but they gave me some hot sauce on the side. The wrap was made very quickly and was tasty with a good portion of lamb. It was a pretty big wrap and left me feeling full by the time I finished it. The beef in my buddy’s falafel and beef shawarma wrap had some pieces that were pretty tough, but the shawarma wraps were good overall.When I asked about the deal that I saw on a sign out front to get a drink for free when you order a Shawarma wrap, I was told that that was just for lunch but I could grab a can of soda anyway, which was really kind of them. The service was great!Hard to beat for $12 each downtown Boston! I’ll be back!

Had to park far from passport office because of outrageous parking lot $$$.So glad I parked on Canal Street. Was going to grab a quick ? but then saw the Shawarma SPECIAL sign in window.Fresh, Flavorful and Served with a Smile...Get extra napkins, incredibly juicy....? Thanks For coming to work each day and Taking Pride in what you do....Definitely will come back.Parking: Have to drive around til something opens up.. or pay $$$ for lot space

expensive and mid $20 at least for a platter wraps are probably a better way to go. rice and sauces werent great. decent fries place isnt really bad but doesnt live upto the reviews
Great food and great people. Food is always fresh, fast, and well-priced. Hardworking people who are friendly and kind. Definitely give them a try if you are in the area. One of my favorite local takeout places.
This place is an absolute gem and, in my opinion, the best Shawarma in Boston. Faiz is so kind and always remembers me. And most importantly, the food is always DELICIOUS. You will not regret stopping in, I promise.
