It's my go to restaurant i always get the chicken Alfredo pasta. Ouh lalalala the butter breads ticks. Me and chicken loved it.

Had a very challenging dining experience this evening. Was greeted and seated promptly. Was seated at a booth in the bar area. Not an issue at first until the bartender was talking very loudly and her voice echoed due to the high ceiling in the bar area. I was going to leave but really wanted soup, salad and breadsticks. Soon after I ordered an older gentleman came in and was seated in the bar area. After a few minutes he explained to the hostess that the bartender, Ariana was talking very loudly. The hostess went over to her and she started telling him she was not talking loud and that if he didn't like it he could move to the dining room or leave. He did leave but had a conversation with a manager before leaving regarding the situation. I also spoke with a manager. Not acceptable to speak to anyone that way. What happened to the customer is always right even when they aren't. He was in this case. Do not recommend this restaurant at all.

My brother and I showed up around 7pm on a Saturday night and it was dead, but somehow took us awhile to be greeted and seated. The server came pretty quick as well as our food but there were things that weren't brought out to us such as the water and breads ticks. I guess its unlimited breadsticks when none are given to you. We requested a server at the table multiple times and we're just ignored, so we packed up and decided to leave. Food was mid at best.

Great food, friendly staff

My wife and I walked in for dinner. There was two servers at the hostess station, and three more at the to-go counter about 20 feet behind. The two in front ignored us, playing with a tablet. They walked away without looking up. Absolutely no acknowledgement whatsoever from any of the staff members for the 60 seconds we stood waiting to be seated. So we turned around and left, and only then did someone say something to us.
So we went to Applebee's next door where the hostess welcomed us within 5 seconds.
Definitely go to Applebee's. They were busy and we were attended to well.

Good cost efficient way of eating Italian food with good amount of salads.

I started off with a salad. The tomatoes were definitely old! That shouldn’t happen… I ordered the eggplant parm. It was ok. Lacking sauce. The person with me got the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. Barely any sauce!! Like hardly any at all. Very disappointing. They also got the pasta fagiolli, it was mainly carrots. I thought it was supposed to be mainly beans and pasta. This is my first complaint online. But I had to say something so future customers are aware. I was trying to treat myself and I guess Olive Garden isn’t the place to go anymore. Very upsetting.
