Ah Olive Garden, most of y’all heard of this place before but, If you didn’t hear of this meal that came out last year, then I’mma get loud with you on this, The Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo is my Favorite Dish over here, I’ve never tasted something like this before and it’s amazing how everything goes together on here to give it a profound taste. For a drink I had myself a Raspberry Lemonade which has itself a nice sweet taste to it. Stop by at the Olive Garden in South Bay Boston if you want a memorable experience you’ll never forget, it’s the best Olive Garden you’ll ever go to.

Wonderful place to visit for some delicious food!

Very friendly staff who'd take care of you right from when you enter the place. The food is lip smacking, we finished everything we ordered! Very satiating.

The location is great too since it has good accessibility to public transport and the bus stops right near the restaurant.

Poor Service and Communication

There was a power outage about 30 minutes before we arrived, which we understood. However, after asking us to wait while they checked their system, they seated us and then left us waiting another 15–20 minutes with no service. We had to check with the manager before a waiter finally came.

The server then told us she could take our order, but if the system went down again, they wouldn’t be able to serve us and we would still be billed. This was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, poor communication and disappointing service.

Food is great and definitely we will be back again soon

One of the rudest bartenders I’ve ever encountered. We sat at the bar and were immediately met with rude comments from the bartender, Ariana, about sitting near a dirty glass, even though the entire bar was dirty and there were no clean seats available. The only cleaner spot was directly next to another customer, which would have been uncomfortable.
Instead of helping, the situation was escalated by both the bartender and a busboy, who began swearing, aggressively defending his coworker, and even suggesting we take things outside. As customers, this was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. We just wanted a nice drink before a movie and we left within 2 minutes of being in this Olive Garden. The manager was great and extremely accommodating, which made it clear this bar staff has had issues in the past. As someone who worked as a server and busboy before, I would never speak to a customer like this and my job would’ve been taken away. It’s no surprise the bar was empty while Applebee’s across the street was packed.

I was drugged my drink was spike with something. I debated about posting this. My waiter kept steering at me I was wondering why? I mentioned it to my associate and his back was turned he didn’t see. I ordered a strawberry dackery and it took forever dinner was over. So I waited and franker it. When I reached home my lips were tingling and my tongue was feeling weird. Just be careful and go to the bar and get your own drinks. If you’re drink takes extra long becareful because the effects didn’t hit me until I reached home…

Went here on a Thursday for unlimited Pasta! It was amazing. Salad was great & great service.

We stopped here during our trip through town. 3 families, party of 8.

Dinner was great. Service was great. Food was all hot and fresh. We got a quiet table off in the back. Restaurant was moderately busy.
