The food was amazing! Our waiter Alliah was very polite and helpful. He did an excellent job. Very prompt service.Although, the lady who took us to our table in the beginning was not very nice. She didn't even smile. It was annoying to have her around.The place is noisy just like other branches of the restaurant. But the food was delicious. Especially the pasta.

It’s hard to believe that they just tell u the bathroom it’s not working and u simple have to wait ! Especially if u are pregnant….I waited and when was ready he told me to use the men s bathroom! I ll never come back in this place!

My experience here was terrible. I didnt get a server for over 30 minutes. I ordered an appetizer and two drinks at the table kisok and the dip came out burnt, and my drinks didnt come until 25 minutes afterwards when I got a server . They said our tables server left and they were short. The food was cold, and they never served us bread , salad , or soup. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Sadly this location is not on par with most OGs I have experienced.It was obvious that they were the victims of poor management. Clearly abandoned to their own devices, the staff was poorly trained with little food knowledge. They operated at their own convenience completely oblivious to the situation or customer need. It was painful to watch and even worse to experience as a hungry patron.

My family and I just left this location. We were sitted yet never served. I noticed a group of 4 was sitted after us and was served within minutes of being seated. There table was next to ours. My family and I decided to leave after 20 minutes of waiting. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. The restaurant wasn't even busy.
