When i tried the steak it was very dry and when i got the fries they gave me a small portion.

I had an awful experience with this restaurant. I ordered through Uber Eats, and they completely messed up my order. When I contacted them to address the issue, they were incredibly unhelpful and took no responsibility, blaming Uber instead of trying to make things right.

As a paying customer, I expect better service. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was unacceptable—zero effort to fix the situation, no apology, and no resolution. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I suggest others think twice before doing so

The woman from Oliveira’s who fielded my phone call hung up on me when i politely voiced my disappointment with my experience…. incredible RUDE .

Honestly, this is one of the worst Oliveiras I've been to. The food is not fresh, the rice was clumped together with burnt bits, the meats were overcooked and not flavorful, and the pasta was different from what we usually have at the Somerville restaurant. Unfortunately, the food is not very tasty, and the service is not great either. You arrive, and no one talks to you, which I found really frustrating. As I mentioned, this establishment fell short, but the one I always go to in Somerville is excellent. It would be a great idea to talk to them about improving this location.

Delicious food but pricey and they forgot my drink. Then the machine asked for a tip when they messed up the order which was annoying since that was the only thing they had to bring to the table.

Great place, very affordable and flexible price (by weight or AYCE). Always go for weight, only do all you can eat if you really think you can eat more than 3 lbs of food (that's when you get your money's worth).

The meat can be very salty sometimes, but I think that's just about every Brazilian grill I have been to.

Everything is fine but only the price, you guys should review about meals price, too high

My family and I gave Oliveiras East Boston a chance and there won't be a second chance...The food is just good, the lady for the friendly service, the prices disguised in weight and especially the weight of the plate she uses on the scale and In the end, when you make your payment, only the total amount consumed appears on the receipt; I saw the tip I applied reflected in my bank account and it was $8 above what I approved

Food was bad. Chicken was dry and meat was okay. I remember thinking the same thing the 1st time and my 2nd time opinion didn’t change.

Good was very expensive, got a take out order and normally it was not $50+ for a plate with 1 option of meat. Food also was not of the highest quality. After traveling home (about a 20 minute walk) the food gave off a spoiled smell.
