Ordered food for delivery, took 2hrs to be delivered..2hrs 15 min to be exact. I called twice eventually they offered a free meal for my next order. Unfortunately there won’t be a next order. The food came rice taste AND smelled burnt lost my appetite immediately

My husband ordered Large shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp. It was horrible. Old rice, had clumps of hard rice stuck together, which, looked like it was reheated. The rice was darker than the norm. It left a nasty taste in my mouth. If I didn't live so far, and it is late, I would have taken it back. Instead I accepted the loss and will not go back.
