Maybe the best restaurant in Boston. Yes, pricey, but quality and ambiance are superb. What did we have this time? Monk fish, octopus, branzino, beautiful and original dessert with lemon custard, meringue, and so on.

The design of the dining room is really beautiful. Light with high ceilings very clean lines. Great acoustics. From the moment I entered, the hostesses could not have been nicer. Friendly and inviting. The food was absolutely amazing. Spectacular flavors, beautiful presentation, fresh and filling. My only issue was with my waiter. The support staff were fantastic, but after taking my order, I only saw my waiter once before asking for the bill. It seemed like he was overwhelmed and didn't have time or interest in checking on how I was enjoying my meal. But everyone else was great. Friendly and helpful. You must not miss a dinner at OSTRA. It's a wonderful experience!

Probably one of the best seafood restaurants in Boston. There are a selection of tartare's, crudo, raw oysters, and fish that should make anyone happy (and some pasta/salad dishes for the non meat eaters). Favorites for the night: all the tartare's, the sirloin crudo, the octopus, the dessert egg, and the sorbets (especially the coconut/yuzu). Service was impeccable. Despite my mistake reserving for 2 instead of 4, they managed to accommodate us and we had a great evening.

Awesome experience—our waitress Andrea was the best—attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, interested in getting to know us, friendly and helpful! The Paella was delicious! And the champagne did not disappoint!!! Thank you to a the staff who greeted us with warmth and a smile! Perfect place for our 49th Anniversary!

Classic proposals and good ingredients. Nothing outstanding and not worth a second trip. Service was excellent, although the busser was a bit overzealous at times.

The food was very good. For me the best seafood in Boston. The service was very slow even with drinks.

Food and service are exceptional. Very attentive and considerate service team. The dishes were all expertly prepared. The space however is much too loud and feels overcrowded with servers falling over each other.

sat at the bar with my wife, great service, perfect drinks, got 4 starters, one better than the other. Best restaurant in Boston.

for the price, while the taste was good the portions were really absurdly small. yes, i understand these are meant to be eaten as a 1st and second but that is impractical for a solo diner. i spent $120 and had to go buy more food after my meal.

My reservation was made through the Four Seasons Hotel. The total cost of dinner was $160.82 including tip but the restaurant charged me EXTRA $200. I saw I was charged for $360.82 INSTEAD of $160.82. This is NOT an honest mistake. There is no legitimate reason why the charge will be that high. Luckily I pay attention to all of my charges on my bank account. Please fix the payment to the original charge of $134.82. I don’t appreciate that kind of behavior. I’ve been dining in plenty of restaurants and this is the first time this happens to me. This is absolutely ridiculous and wrongful behavior.

We truly had an amazing time celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. Everything from the food to the service and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. We are so grateful for all the effort that went into making our day special. It truly created an unforgettable memory for both of us, and we appreciate the joy we experienced there.

I've been here a few times and each experience was pleasant. If you're looking for a more traditional dining experience similar to a one star, this is likely your best option for seafood in Boston.

It's not a comfortable restaurant. The tables are pretty close to each other and small. cero of privacy when you want to talk. Eat and get out!

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was surprised to find they carried gluten free dinner rolls and were very Celiac aware. This is a fantastic experience with a great wine selection for a special night out.
