Edible pizza, but the worst on time delivery performance in the history of pizza places (no good pizza in Southie, so unfortunately I’ve tried a couple times), and they’ll lie to your face about status. Their number is usually disconnected. Pizza isn’t close to good enough for them to treat customers that badly. Hard pass.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was hard as a rock. No way it was made fresh. It was so thin hardly any toppings. I ended up throwing half of it away. My jaw literally hurt. For $26 this was by the worst I’ve ever had. Sticking to the Harrison Ave location.

Quality has gone way down hill. Last pizza we ordered was barely edible! It was so burnt it cracked taking it apart. This has happened a few times now, decided to give it one more try and was extremely disappointed again. Will not be going back. Order from a local place instead.

Love Otto's! This location just unfortunately runs out of a lot of ingredients sometimes and they don't tell you until you arrive.
We tried the hot honey, pepperoni, and goat cheese pizza. Absolutely phenomenal sensation in the mouth. It’s a very unique flavor experience with the sweetness of the honey mixed with the sourness of the goat cheese. The pizza itself was nice thin crust could be a little crispier but a solid option to say the least. If you’re looking to mix things up a bit try out Otto.

Pizza is solid. Ordered pick up. Walked into an empty store a few min early - the “service” was bad 👎👎👎. The girl with the long black hair hates her job. Or humans. Or both. Honestly thought it was me, but two other people came in while I was waiting to pick up their pizza and were met with the same lackluster nonhuman interaction. It wasn’t just disinterest- I think it was pure disgust that customers were coming to pick up their pizzas.🤯
