We tried the hot honey, pepperoni, and goat cheese pizza. Absolutely phenomenal sensation in the mouth. It’s a very unique flavor experience with the sweetness of the honey mixed with the sourness of the goat cheese. The pizza itself was nice thin crust could be a little crispier but a solid option to say the least. If you’re looking to mix things up a bit try out Otto.

Pizza is solid. Ordered pick up. Walked into an empty store a few min early - the “service” was bad 👎👎👎. The girl with the long black hair hates her job. Or humans. Or both. Honestly thought it was me, but two other people came in while I was waiting to pick up their pizza and were met with the same lackluster nonhuman interaction. It wasn’t just disinterest- I think it was pure disgust that customers were coming to pick up their pizzas.🤯

Failed to make the order right according to the order placed THREE times. No apologies. They just kept making it with red sauce when there is a food allergy. This place has NO customer service and their customers leave their plates and trash everywhere. They never should have been allowed to come in during covid. Their presence has caused major traffic and parking issues on F street. It backs traffic all the way out to Broadway.
Excellent pizza and the guys really hooked us up for our golf night at the range across the street

I should’ve listened to the other recent reviewers but I’ve ordered the build your own GF pizza several times in the past with minimal issue. But my luck has run out I guess because my order was completely wrong- selected sauce under cheese, but sauce came on top in dollops, ordered mozzarella and received what had to be vegan cheese or maybe Alfredo sauce mixed in somehow? Whatever it was, it was liquidy and disgusting. Also, you pay a premium to add pepperoni and to have only like 2 per slice is a ripoff. Because of the disgusting mystery cheese substance, I couldn’t even eat the pizza. It was that gross. And I’m not too picky with pizza so this is saying a lot. Would love to be contacted by management regarding a refund as it seems impossible to request one through Toast which is what their website uses for delivery. Very disappointed.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza through DoorDash from this place and was extremely disappointed. The pizza arrived looking stale, overcooked, and poorly handled. The pepperoni was dried out, the crust was tough, and the entire pizza seemed like it had been sitting out for a long time before delivery. Not only was it unappetizing, it felt unsafe to eat.
To make matters worse, DoorDash refused to issue a refund, leaving me stuck with an inedible meal and a lighter wallet.
I rarely write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to share. If you are ordering delivery from here, be warned that quality and freshness do not seem to be a priority. I hope the restaurant takes feedback like this seriously and improves both food handling and customer care.
