Honestly really enjoyed my experience here. Got the combo which was two slices of any pizza and a fountain drink for $12. Compared to every other food option in the terminal, this was a steal imo. I got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of mashed potato/bacon/scallion and both were very large slices and very delicious. The guy working was by himself and did his best serving all of the people walking up at one time. The pizza was hot and tasted great. I really enjoyed the mashed potato slice. Different, but good. I'd stop by here again. 3/5 stars for atmosphere since it's literally inside an airport.

This is more like cheese bread with a few dabs of sauce. This could be the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Not very good.

Service was poor, guy working wasn’t respectful and was acting like we should already know better when we asked stuff. Didn’t have half the food options advertised and when we got our pepperoni pizza it had about 4 tablespoons of oil on each piece. Crust was stale, counters weren’t clean and they have these Parmesan packets that are virtually impossible to open. We didn’t finish our pizza and had to throw it out.

The employee didn't say a word to me before or immediately after I ordered. Then after he gave me the slice, I had to remind him that I hadn't paid yet. Very strange experience.

Otto's in Maine is about 100000x better experience than Otto's in Boston Logan.

These stars are for the man working this evening - he was a one man show and it looked like there was no one else to help out. He was responsible for the registers and for assembling and cooking the pizzas. He was doing three things at once, yet was very efficient and took the time to make a solid pizza. And he was friendly on top of that! Kudos to you my friend, you deserve a raise!!!

5 starts for the man working the store. He was on his own, and was making pizzas, reheating slices, and working the register. He deserves the wages of 3 employees, because that’s how many average people it would take to replace him.

Rudest cashier ever. I love Otto’s pizza but the guy working there was terrible.

The person there is not interested in making pizza. He said it takes 40 min to make pizza, i said ok then he said there is no pizza.

Best lunch option in terminal B if you want something cheap, fast and satisfying! Nice people working the counter also.

You would think that for $5.15 per slice I would be able to get the kind of slice I desired, however, that was to no avail for me.

I arrived to Otto at 5:23 pm EST and asked for 2 Slices of Pepperoni. Upon making the request I was advised the ONLY OPTIONS were Cheese or Mashed… (sigh)

With such a flavor rich menu I would think something as important as only having two options may be worthy of a sign. However, as I really wanted pizza, I opted for two slices of Cheese.

I placed my order, paid, and stood to the side as it heated up. The process was smooth. Though the service was less than good, I give grace as there was only one employee and he was doing the register and pizzas.

When my pizza was ready I was provided my slices and I was off to find a table.

The slices are a good size and they aren’t overly greasy. The cheese is very fresh and the flavor profile of the cheese sits perfect with the flavoring of the pizza itself. The crust was crispy and had the perfect chewy middle. The slice experience was a taste bud pleasing one as the sauce to cheese to crust ratio is spot on.

My stop at Otto was flavor pleasing. I’m excited to see what I get when I can taste the pepperoni slice (hopefully) on my next trip to Boston.

The pizza was overcooked! Only one person doing all. I was surprised that for a combo, I was not able to change the fountain drink for water. That's not what I expected!

Pizza was good and the guy working the counter was a one man pizza slinging machine. He was the only person working and was doing 3 things at once and still moving quickly through the line.

Worst experience ever. The pizza was raw and uncooked. When I asked for it to be cooked longer, the girl ignored me... to top it off, I was charged for 2 slices... when I attempted to say something, she again ignored me, set the slices on top of each other, and walked off
