I ordered delivery FROM THEIR WEBSITE… the delivery driver left the pizza on the ground ON THE STREET!ON THE GROUND ON THE STREET!I have no idea how long it was out there. No idea. Because I got no notification. No phone call no nothing!I tried calling restaurant. No one picked up. The voice mail was full.This is ridiculous. Totally unprofessional.Disgusting!

Decent place for a slice made with quality ingredients. The slices are creative, too. Service was super friendly. I won't forever remember the cheese slice - certainly there's much better cheese pizza in Boston - but this place will do the trick in a pinch.

Otto's pizza has always had the best pizza. This is my first time at location. There was parking in the front of the building. This establishment offers huge slices, salads, and pies with options for gluten-free crust with vegan options.During this visit I ordered a large cheese. The pizza crust is thin with the right amount of chew and cheese. Derek was friendly and efficient. The establishment was clean with TV's showing their menu.
I got the butternut squash, ricotta, and cranberry pizza, and it was unique and delicious! The restaurant was clean. It seemed like the majority of people were getting takeout.
