Food did not taste anything like Thai food, I could taste tomato ketchup in the lo me in. They gave rice and curry in the same box for for the curry order take-out. It was all soggy. Very very disappointing! The worst Thai food I ever had. Very small portion as well!

Ordered online. Curry didn't come with rice. Doesn't say online that it doesn't come with rice so I didn't know before ordering. If you aren't going to include rice in a $20 curry dinner then state that so I can make the decision on whether or not to order it separately.

From the moment you step into this Thai restaurant, you’re greeted with the warm, aromatic embrace of freshly prepared herbs and spices. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and elegant, making it ideal for a casual dinner with friends or a special night out. Soft Thai music plays gently in the background, adding to the authenticity and charm.

The menu is a true celebration of Thai cuisine, offering a delightful mix of traditional favorites and creative house specialties. Each dish is clearly crafted with care and passion. The Pad Thai was simply outstanding — perfectly cooked noodles, tender shrimp, and a sauce that balanced sweet, savory, and tangy flavors in perfect harmony. The yum mama was rich and fragrant, with fresh vegetables and tender chicken simmered in a velvety coconut milk base that had just the right amount of spice.

The presentation is just as impressive as the taste. Dishes arrive beautifully plated, garnished with fresh herbs and colorful vegetables that make each plate a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Portions are generous, and everything tastes incredibly fresh.

The service deserves special praise. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, always ready with helpful recommendations and a friendly smile. You can tell they genuinely care about ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience.

Whether you’re a lifelong fan of Thai food or trying it for the first time, this restaurant will win you over with its authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again — a true gem that brings the heart of Thailand right to your table.

I had the Prik Pow fried rice with crispy chicken and Moo Ping. Amazing! Reminds me being back in Thailand. Delicious to say the least.

I always order the same thing, Pad Thai with chicken and tofu, Thai style. I specifically emphasize ‘Thai style’ every time because that’s what makes it better and tastier than other places. It’s what keeps me coming back. Lately though, none of my recent orders have been made the way I requested, which is really frustrating, especially since I get it delivered through Uber Eats and can’t fix it after the fact. I don’t know if they’ve stopped caring about delivery orders or if something changed in the kitchen, but it’s been disappointing.

My favorite Thai place of all time. So delicious. I can’t rave about this place enough. Best Thai food in Boston. Good and reliable delivery service too.

Large portions of rice/noodles, but small amounts of protein and vegetables.

Flavor on point, prices are good, and portions are filling

The mango was perfectly sweet and ripe - I would lick up that plate. And the crispy chicken was coated in this savory/spicy chili oil with the kind of heat heat that made me feel alive

It’s a self-service order at the counter type of place so make sure to clean up after yourself!

There is good taste with many choices of Thai food. The Kha Pho rice with fried egg was very good. Yum Mama is also nice and reminded me of home.

I would take off the most points on the staff customer service. This is one of the important touch points that restaurants should care about. I said hi to the staff and said thank you from entering to exit. No one acknowledge what me and my friend said. No manners or respect. Compared to other Thai restaurants I’ve been to, I’m 100% sure their staff have shown gratitude and respect to customers than Pad Thai Cafe.

I called in to order for pick up. I got the basil beef fried rice and it was super spicy which I wasn’t aware of when I ordered it and I am unable to eat spicy food. I called in telling them what happened and asked for another dish and they were very understanding and compliant. These are the kinda people that bring back business. I will return again because of my positive experience and the food was super delicious.

BFF’s Christine and Ella had a really fun time with a great meal, with good vegetarian and protein options for a much needed break from cramming for finals. Order at the counter and food cooked to order in under 7 minutes. Seems very popular for both dine-in and take out. Right in the heart of Berkeley College of Music and easy walk full of window shopping options across the Harvard Bridge from MIT. Will eat here again.
