The carbonaa was cold - they offered to remake it but we had a game to go to. The waitress was not attentive at all. Not a good experience and would not recommend
Made a last minute reservation for seven, no problem. Great service, delicious food, great time.
Pagliuca's never disappoints. The food, the drinks, the service, and the atmosphere are everything I love about the North End. Pagliuca's fills the gaps between trips to Italy. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
The night was fantastic. Great food and super service. Nice quaint place best pistachio martini I ever had. Would highly recommend. I am not sure if they normally have a singer come out for a couple of songs but she was great. Chicken Marsala and the mushroom ravioli were delicious.
We have eaten here many times thru the years. We went last Saturday night and the food was not great. My manicotti was not hot, warm at best. The Lasagna looked like a mess. You could not tell that it was lasagna, there were no layers. It was a mix of noodles, sauce and cheese on the plate. My daughter got lemon chicken with pasta and she said hers was good. The service was ok. I know they are busy but nobody came back to check on us.
We were looking for a North End restaurant that was veggie forward (3 of the 4 are vegetarian preferred) and two were from Germany and wanted the district and this restaurant fit the bill. Good dining not fine dining. It fit the bill. A good neighborhood experience. The reviews were mixed. We had all of the positive and no negative.
If you want to feel like you're at dinner with the “Italian family you never had” (but always wanted), Pagliuca's is your place! The food is top-notch — when they say “homemade”, you can taste it! The service is warm & welcoming. It's small & a little noisy, but that adds to its charm We were first told about Pagliuca's over 30 years ago, and whenever we're in Boston, it's a must!
The place was jammed. We had to wait about 40 min to get our table after our reservation time. When we finally sat you could hardly hear each other with the noise and when we asked for a cocktail the waitress said beer or wine only because they had no glasses for cocktails. A little later I saw plenty of glasses and cocktails being made. It was crazy and I don't know if it's like that all the time. The food was excellent but because of everything else I probably will not go back. I don't drink beer or wine.
Good food at reasonable prices. Pasta seemed fresh. They just need to upgrade from the very plain, supermarket italian bread

Absolutely amazing ! The food was incredible. The service was also extremely helpful and they played live music. We had a large group but they served us fast and made room for us. It was truly an amazing experience and I was happy to come here during my time in Boston. THANK YOU!!

Ridiculously slow. We had a 7:15 reservation and had to wait outside for 45 mins before being seated. Table had other people’s leftover bread and oil and water. Food took over an hour to come out and was very average and small portions. Bolognese barely had any meat, mostly vegetables and tomato sauce. Cacio e pepe was basically buttered noodles.

Everything was ... meh. Food was average at best. They shoehorned us into this tiny space even though I had made reservations. The service was awful. Had to wait 20 minutes for the drink order, over an hour for the food. After the food came we asked for salt and pepper because the food was so bland, and we had to ask twice before finally flagging down another of the waitstaff a third time to get it. And the strangest part was every hour or so, someone would come out and sing a couple of songs to the patrons, but at such an unbearably loud volume that you could barely hear yourself think, let alone talk. Overall not a great experience, which is surprising considering they are in the North End.
We went last Saturday night and arrived as the Bruins game was letting out. So the entire evening was a Boston cultural experience. It was fun!! Traffic made the small streets in little Italy a parking lot. Our Uber driver suggested we get out and walk the last 2 blocks to the restaurant. We arrived just in time! Got our table within 10 minutes. The servers were on it, quick, efficient and polite. The food was good- eggplant and veal dish and another veal dish that was stuffed with cheese. We enjoyed them both. We were serenaded by 2 roving opera singers while the crowd outside grew. The line to get in snaked down the street. The staff continued to move diners through with grace and speed. Casual local dining at its best. Definitely recommend this restaurant. And enjoy the whole experience because I have a feeling it's different everyday- after all, it's Boston!
Good spot off Hanover St. Neighborhood feel & atmosphere. Food was good, portions could be better. Value experience for sure.
Food was mouthwatering, service was like being at home and the restaurant was so cute. I would suggest a reservation or getting there before 6:30 otherwise you will be waiting. Worth the wait
