I love the salads - especially the Chicken Caesar Salad. Unfortunately it has frequently been delivered without the chicken while billing my me for it. In addition, on multiple occasions I have received a small salad rather than the large/whole that I paid for. Management needs to be aware of these errors and staff needs to be more attentive to order details. A dedicated email to store managers would be helpful because customers would have immediate recourse and managers would be able to have a more accurate view of shift efficiency.

Food is great, but. The employees that work here are horrible. Walked in at 6 AM to get my as usual coffee and chocolate croissant. And white young curly lady, didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. Not even a simple, good morning, all I got her was a mean face. She looks like she doesn't wanna be there🤮

Finally with a panera with all the drinks available to get. No pomegranate hibiscus tea hidden in the back. I can get free refills of it!
This was the worst visit to Panera of my life! I ordered a Cobb salad, and when I opened it for lunch, I noticed that they forgot to put the dressing on the salad, so I had to eat it without any dressing. But that's not the worst part! When I was almost done with my salad, I discovered a dead fly in it! I don't think that's normal! So, I will never come to this Panera again.
