The people need to be more cheerful especially since so close to the hospital we come here looking to relax and unwind from everything going on. System is still down and I was unable to get my reward and it’s my birthday reward. We need some more kindness at this location like the one is Saugus and Everett they really know how to be kind.

Avoid Panera at all costs maybe order the Uber eats you have to pay me to come to their store and deal with their employees, the pastry never feel fresh always stone cold tasteless , so upon consideration not even fit for delivery

I like the atmosphere at here. It is relaxing. The drinks are refreshing. Especially, the sparkling water has strong bubbles. I love it!

Very busy store! Super nice and competent manager. Good food, clean dining room despite high volume.

Have had nothing but issues using sip club here. It’s a poorly done system, I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes in line for a free purchase when you have open self checkouts available. Just keep the cups in front of the counter for Christ’s sake, your a billion dollar company

I wish they would leave the menu alone. We loved Panera in the past. Not so much now. This location was super busy. So busy that we received our sandwiches in a bag. The order clearly says “HERE”. Maybe they ran out of dishes.

The coffee and hot water is only lukewarm here, kinda ridiculous to have to microwave your coffee and tea here. It gets quite busy in the morning and it takes awhile for the workers to refill the coffee station, so definitely bring your patience here. Can't voucher for the food, I only got coffee and tea here during my 5 days in Boston, I visited for convenience because I stayed at Moxy right across the street.

Fast and easy. It’s has a different option to eat. Whether you want a carb free salad or half a sandwich and soup option. Of course you can always have any dessert you like with decaf to dark roast coffee.

This Panera location seems small when you initially walk in however its a decent size. The service is mediocre for the most part, I requested that my bagel was lightly toasted however it was kind of burnt, which makes the bagel hard and I not enjoyable , I was already to my location by the time I noticed. Next time I will make sure to double check before I leave out

One of my go to places for a casual quick lunch! Love the bbq chicken sandwich and the tomato soup. They have kiosks to order when you are in a time crunch.
