Average Panera. Placed order but staff never called out name as other Paneras do. Staff spoke primarily Spanish and just stared when asked a question. Restaurant was clean.

I come here almost everyday since it's very near to Northeastern University campus. Here, all staff members are friendly and always happy to help everyone. Huge cafe with dining room more than like 15 tables and also at downstairs they have space to spend time. Good if you are with your family and working professional To bring your laptop lol. They have fresh and baked items always. Food is delicious I like that. I know they work hard to provide best customer services to all customers. All welcoming and helpful. My experience here is always great. I also wanted mention one name and that is Mrs.Veronica. She always happy to help and treat customer friendly.

Staff was so rude, as if giving away free food. Very rude behaviour
It’s a great place for college students to grab a bite and also do work!

I have called them 6 times to see if they could change my order to delivery and the never answered
Very disappointing service at this Panera Bread. I signed up for the Sip Club, which supposedly includes coffee and the ability to customize your drink. However, they only provide cold milk below room temperature for hot coffee, which makes no sense.
I even brought my own flask, but when I asked for a regular cup(which should be included with the beverage) to reheat my beverage, the staff refused to give me one. The way it was handled felt dismissive and unhelpful.
The experience was frustrating and left a very poor impression.

Love it
The staff is so rude and has a nasty attitude. I forgot my bag there and immediately went to take it back and the staff had stolen my money. When I asked them about it they replied “we don’t know we don’t care” with a smirk. Pathetic!

Staff is rude and unhelpful -- too busy cussing with each other to help customers in need. For example, many condiments are hidden in atypical spots for a Panera. If you ask staff for help, they just ignore you or refer you to the front (where there's no one!). There are other Paneras nearby. Give this one a miss until they start valuing their customers.

This place is terrible! Rude staff, slow and sloppy service. We were dining in. There’s food stuck on the silverware they placed next to my food. When I asked for a fresh one, the staff working in the kitchen was rude and amazingly he couldn’t even find a clean one from the bin he was searching through and ended up handing me a plastic one without apologizing at all. This is not all! The chicken salad barely had any chicken in it. Never again!
I used to have my coffee the ambience was too good

It may be just me or the fact that it is the first day of the year, but the coffee and milk were awful.
You are warned.

Are you kidding me, if you ask for something and just in case you forgot to add please, don't worry the staff reminds you!

Chicken was cold in sandwich, which was also falling apart in its assembly. Tables are dirty. Place needs to be refurbished in general.
