They forgot to put the sandwich to the bag. Then, why do they have a step of “checking the order” before finalizing.
Barely toasted bagel tossed in a bag asked for cream cheese also tossed in the bag. In a hospital setting with no seating in Panera trying to put cream cheese on a bagel is inconvenient

This is the perfect spot, especially since it's in Boston Children's Hospital. Good for what you need in the morning or afternoon, it's up-to-date, clean, and moves very quickly, so you don't have a long wait. They've got everything you need on the menu—great coffee drinks, the whole nine yards.

Besides being in a hospital its a pretty nice place. Plus open 24 hrs is good. I liked the service the expediter was very helpful. Tip: the bubly fountain drink is AWFUL.

Pretty good food. Wish they were a little better at getting orders right and correcting them.
I ordered two steak and wakes. They gave me a whole and a half. I asked them to correct it and they gave me two halves.
Another time they gave me a steak and wake without steak.

The food is good but they constantly mess up orders and are not good at fixing it. They keep giving half sandwiches when paid for whole and wouldn't fix it.
Good vibe. Nice food
