Not an authentic Italian Resturant, to be expected in the Northend. But the Carbonara was not edible. Really bad experience in general with both the food and the service. Do not recommend

Great food. Great service from John! It's a little loud in the restaurant but well worth it!
The best hidden gem in the north end! DINE HERE! We have been coming here for years. I am a cardiac patient and has spent a lot of time at Boston children’s. Anytime we’re in the city for appointments. We try to make a special stop at Panza. Last night, my husband and I had a very rare night away without our children, so we decided to book a reservation at our favorite spot. They gave us the best seat in the house right by the window. The chopped salad was delicious and our entrée with one of their specials. We were hogs and asked for not just one, but two baskets of their beautiful bread. Our waiter was so kind and efficient. Please check them out if you haven’t before. We can’t wait to visit again!

What a great find in the North End! I ordered the chicken saltimbocca which was super high quality and very delicious. Wine was also great, and service was attentive. If you’re looking for someplace very fancy, this probably isn’t it, although the interior is still nice! Overall definitely worth the visit — I will certainly be coming back!

I've been to this restaurant three times now. Each time I've had an awesome meal, and the service was fantastic. I will go back again.
Highly underrated spot in the northend. Always my fav spot

Food and service was good but we were a group of 6 and they cannot accommodate more than 4 people comfortably at their tables. When I return I will only do so with parties if 2-4 people Like most north end restaurants it was small and loud inside Also no bar just wine and beer
Cozy restaurant with excellent service and food. Generous portions as well. Would recommend.
Always reliable! Food was delicious! Service was on point, friendly, and fun. Reservation for 6 was ready when we arrived. Menu has traditional dishes with a few originals. Our table opted for the creative and flavorful specials. Each were enjoyed! Thank you Panza folks for being a family favorite for us over many years!!
Great service and very good food. The bruschetta was absolutely incredible and a must try for anyone that stops by.

Overall a fair experience.
The place is very small and cozy, so cozy that you might end up sitting between the kitchen and the restroom.
Service has been quick, food was ok, but yeah, far from the Italian way, not sure if it was the overly busy evening or that’s the standard .
Believe they don’t have dessert on the menu…

had a reservation for 830 on NYE. Arrived at 830 and there is a mob of people outside, not waiting on an open table. They are waiting on their reservations. These reservations were from anywhere from 730-830. This is extremely POOR planning and this is coming from someone who managed a high volume restaurant for years. completely unacceptable.
First time ever having potato gnocchi and it was so good! The bolognese is delicious especially with the pappardelle I’ve had as a special

This is my second time in Boston and first time eating in Little Italy.
Our server Adil was professional, quick, helpful and informative. Five stars!
I was lucky enough to order the lasagna, which turned out fantastic. My father ordered Veal Marcella he was pleased as punch with.
Fantastic dining experience. Would return.
Thank you Adil!
