Worst experience ever. Ordered three pizzas online tonight to be delivered to my mom's house in Charlestown. Ordered at 6:30 pm, eta said 7:55 pm. Seemed like a long wait but figured they were busy. Every time we order it's at least an hour wait. Pizzas literally arrived at 9:30 PM. They were cold and tasted horrible. Called the store three times trying to find out where the pizzas were. Was treated very rudely by the manager Angela. Absolutely ridiculous. Was told the driver wasn't familiar with Charlestown. Are you kidding me? Will NEVER order another pizza from Papa Gino's (any of them) ever again.
I went here with my son and husband today. We ordered 3 specials off the lunch menu. A chicken caesar salad, pepperoni special, and Italian sub with chips. After spending nearly $25 in this place, I waited 30 minutes for a chicken caesar salad and sub! Not to mention the salad didn't have a single piece of chicken in it and my sub was horrible. Not once was I asked what I wanted on my sub and I NEVER got my chips that come with the meal. I took the salad back and told them there was no chicken in it and they took the bowl and threw some Luke warm chicken in it and not a single apology. I would NEVERA RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! What's worse, I still have to get some food for myself and my son since it was not edible. Papa Gino's do better!
This place is usually pretty good as far as pizza, subs, and breadsticks go, but my ravioli yesterday sucked and was clearly cooked while frozen. Rubbery and not very appetizing. Service and all other food I've ordered is otherwise great.
Great location. Great staff. I've been going here for 20+ years...Love it!
Pizza is great love their pizza people work there are good workers
Good food. Friendly workers. Clean restaurant.
I ran in to get a take out once and double parked in front of the restaurant. The manager didn't turn around to acknowledge me for 5 minutes because he was lethargically conversing on his cell phone. When he finally did turn around he still didn't ask me what I was there for. When he did take my order it took forever and he argued with me about coupons. After 15 minutes of having run in to pick up my order I went outside to see I had a $100 parking ticket. If the manager hadn't been so lazy everything would have been great. Also it's a pretty ghetto area with constant police patrols, and an intercom that turns on telling the local teenage gangs to disperse in lew of police action. Pizza is slightly pricey as it is for all papa gino's.
This is the only place in Charlestown I will get pizza. One of the best Steak and Cheese subs you'll find. Papa's has been in this location since they built the shopping strip. It's outlasted almost all the restaurants in the area. Back in the day they had a beer and wine license and I would go two to three times a week for a pizza and a beer, These days just the Pizza but lately I have been getting the Steak Cheese and onion.
Spaghetti is amazing, pizza is the best
The food was good as far as my meal concerned

Quick to give me my order but the food was not the best quality.
They are slow here. Used to be good but all the new employees are slow to get anything done
If possible, avoid eating here.
Fast, and tasty.
This place screws up orders. And they are slow
