As of the last few weeks to a month this restaurant has been so much better and I love the customer service and attention to detail. I’m sad the Hyde park location closed but am so happy to be able to get my Gino’s fix at this location!!! Best pizza chain in Boston let’s debate. Thanks to Princess, Sandy, and Ray for making my last few experiences there so amazing. I hope this location is around for many years to come

Genuinely the worst service ever. Ordered and it took longer than usual and tried asking the cashier how much longer and got completely ignored. Didn’t want to cause a scene so I walked out despite paying for it. Obnoxiously rude and just awful. Don’t ever go here. -10000000000000/10

Ordered mozzarella sticks and 2 slices. When I got there there were plenty left. I heard peoples name get called but mines. I walk up to see if my stuff is ready. They had to find it. After 25 mins are you serious ? Now oh you got to wait 5 mins. I just returned my drink and 2 slices. I could have went to any other shop but went here. This is ridiculous. Don’t go here if you want to wait for food then ask and gotta wait longer. I sat in my car just to write this before I left that’s how angry I am. All I keep hearing was sorry. Sorry don’t fix everything.

My pizza was ready a 10 minutes before pick up. I wanted it out of the oven at the time of pick up as you don't have delivery to my area near UMass. I wanted it to be hot out of the oven.
Love the pizza rustic well done. Ordered extra cheese and did not get it. We live 1.7 miles from the place yet they don’t deliver to our house? Renders your establishment a no go.
