Very kind staff members, clean dining room and even better food, I ordered a steak and cheese and it’s the best steak and cheese I’ve had in a while, enough for me to let the staff know and make a review haha ! Thanks Papa Gino’s and I will be back !!
As of the last few weeks to a month this restaurant has been so much better and I love the customer service and attention to detail. I’m sad the Hyde park location closed but am so happy to be able to get my Gino’s fix at this location!!! Best pizza chain in Boston let’s debate. Thanks to Princess, Sandy, and Ray for making my last few experiences there so amazing. I hope this location is around for many years to come
My pizza was ready a 10 minutes before pick up. I wanted it out of the oven at the time of pick up as you don't have delivery to my area near UMass. I wanted it to be hot out of the oven.
