I AM NOT PLEASED. I was trying to schedule a baby shower and I called and was simply asking the question and the worker was so rude and kept hanging up on me! I called multiple times and everytime ended with him abruptly hanging up the phone!!!! I will NEVER be eating papa John's from this store, and he ruined my love for papa John's, I have never called or been to one so rude and have nothing but great customer service. Please train or rethink your employee choices. Because this is truly unacceptable, and I asked to speak to the manager and all. No one should be treated like this EVER. 😤😤😤😡😡

I’m certain that I won’t order never again. I ended up making a order at night, i didn’t see the store were closing. I made again, when the driver come to give my pizza, he was super rude with me, because of that night. I’m paying. I will order from other papa John’s store.
