Papi’s catered my daughter’s high school graduation party. They were such a huge hit! The adults, the teenagers and all the kids kept raving about how delicious everything was. They had a great variety to choose from…something for everyone. Even the pickiest eater loved them. And it was a different and unique food truck option, something more fun than your average food truck. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your next party. I’m still getting texts from family and friends talking about the food. They were amazing!!!
A nice surprise at our neighborhood block party! Yummy burrito and steak bowl.
$13 for half of a sopapilla is ridiculous. But $13 for half of a sopapilla that has only 4 pieces of what tasted like microwaved Tyson chicken bites and unseasoned slaw is a crime. Literally 3-4 pieces of precooked chicken nuggets, and the “hatch chili slaw” was just cabbage and maybe some mayo. I don’t know what entity was given the right to call this the best food truck in MA, but they were most certainly lying.
Also, the grilled cheese is just 2 mozzarella sticks.
Stuffed by Papi provided seared burritos for our school fundraiser and everyone raved about them! We had beef, chicken, pork and veggie and they were delicious and easy to serve, individually wrapped. I would definitely hire them for catering again.
Amazing
Good food!! Fluffernutter was awesome
So delicious! I haven't been that impressed with sopapillas as a category in the past, but these are special. The fillings are well-thought-out and have really good balances of umami, salt, acid, crunch, and creaminess. Would wait in line for again.
Sopapillas = Pocket Pitas stuffed with meat and vegetables ( mainly cabbage) and sauces.
This is a food truck and I couldn’t believe the long winding line of patrons to try out Papi’s sopapillas.
But I must say after 30 plus minutes in the line and 10 plus to get the food - my personal opinion- probably not worth it.
I tried the veggie ( Avacado) sopapilla and the buffalo chicken, they were decent but my expectations were higher given the line.
Not bad, I never knew what a sopapilla was now I know.
Papi's Stuffed Sopapillas came to our block party that was in conjunction with Watertown's First Porchfest. Everyone felt that having a food truck elevated the overall event. The food was delicious and flavorful. We also appreciated that Jason was able to squeeze us in with not as much lead time. He even stayed a little longer than scheduled to accommodate those still on line. Would definitely use again at an event and recommend to others!

I think about these sopapillas often ?
I think about these sopapillas often 🤤
They have one of the best Steak and Cheese I ever had. Will definitely be a regular customer. God bless these guys, they can cook.
Absolutely overpriced. Half a wrap for $13 is insane especially considering they didnt get my order right even after multiple attempts to correct. Bad experience for sure
I hired Papi's for a summer party of about 100 people. The Papi's team was professional, efficient, friendly, and the food was delicious. We did run out of sopapillas after about 90 minutes, but I think that's because guests were quick to get seconds. So consider that if you hire them for your event: people will want to try more than one! I had the vegetarian caprese sopapilla and it was delightful. I would definitely work with Papi's again (especially it it involved their dessert sopapillas which sound delicious).
