The envoy must be one of my favorite hotels. Somehow, they managed to keep this little secret right behind the check-in desk. I went today to go eat at the rooftop but upon getting there it's not quite how we used to be so not too much seating where you can like dine and they do have a short like lunch menu. But the delightful young lady instructed me that downstairs had a restaurant and they served brunch, so that's what I decided to do. The ambiance and the decor are so cute that it's a little spot where you can chill full bar, good music, lots of vibes. The menus are something freaking else. Everything is astronomy based, and you get to pick your food through zodiac signs. The drink menu is a little pricey, but they do have a full bar, and you can get whatever you want. They specialize in like tacos other than that there was like some salads, and honestly I can't really really remember quite what else I did take pictures of the menus so you can take a look at that. Of course it's Seaport so parking is scarce. I know that before you go anywhere. Our server was super cool, but it was weird that for a period of time, no one was nowhere to be found, and the place was pretty much empty. However, they were super sweet and really kind, so shout out to them. My fish tacos were absolutely freaking delicious. Whatever that sauce is that they put on it combined with that mango is delicious. I usually don't like cooked foods or fruits in anything that I eat. But this was definitely a great combination. The card in the assado tacos was okay, but it's definitely good worth it. Just for reference is $15 for the three little tacos you see here, but they do pack flavors, some do with that information as you will.

Never heard of the restaurant till I decided to come with a friend for Dine Out Boston, the menu was $41 per person. The food was tasty, I got the chicharrón empanadas and the chimichurri was the best I've ever had. Pictured is the Petit Filet which was also super tasty, the asparagus was cooked perfectly. Our waiter was super friendly, the noise level was low but they were playing really good spanish music. Only downside, we knew this was an upscale latin restaurant, but the website talks about getting an ice cold margarita and maybe we didn't read the drink menu correctly but there wasn't any specialty margaritas on the menu, I did end up getting a margarita and a my friend a spicy one so it's there if you ask!

Went to Para Maria with my friends to share some snacks and a couple pitchers of sangria. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary but not a bad experience either. I'd say my favorite items were the croquettes and the taquitos. Service was friendly and quick, and there are plenty of larger tables so good for groups.

The overall ambience is spectacular. The menu has a wide assortment of dishes. From the appetizers to dinner, everything was tasty & some of the best food we've had in Boston. The restaurant is reasonably priced and I highly recommend dining here.

We have been here three times, and Para Maria tops itself each time. We've come twice on holidays. The menu is fantastic. The drinks are well prepared. Service with Sebastian is top quality. I will go again soon.

Simply terrible service. We had a party of nine and waited forever for our food, which although it is a large party we had been to multiple restaurants in Boston this weekend and the waits were all at least half of what this was. During our time there, 4 of us ordered coffees that were never once refilled, and you would’ve thought that cream was a rare gem. We only ever got a tiny cup to split across the 4 of us and weren’t given an opportunity to request more because our waitress was always missing. This goes for water (or the lack thereof) as well. When the food came, multiple orders were messed up and the manager who served it did not apologize once about the mix up’s- in fact she rolled her eyes when having to pick the food back up. She at least recovered with a smile afterwards. One of us that was given the wrong bread had to wait 15 minutes for a bun while everyone else ate, despite us asking 4 separate times for literally just a bun. We eventually had to go back and ask the chef to just give us a bun, and the waitress saw and tried to say the reason it took so long was because they were “warming it up”… for 15 minutes. Dont lie. Staff was incredibly unprofessional, the manager never once apologized for any of the incidents, and the restaurant was empty despite the waitstaff being so preoccupied you would think they were slammed.

Food was good. Portions were small. Tuna Tartaco ($17) was two small tacos. I could have eaten 4-6 of these. Patatas bravas ($9) were spicy. Blistered padron peppers ($9) were mild.

Just terrible service, which is a shame since the hotel is so nice. We had a large party but had this many or more guests at 4 other restaurants around the city with excellent, quick service. We were ordering breakfast at Para Maria which was extremely slow (and the restaurant was not busy). Our actual server was really nice, but we just had to ask repeatedly for the same thing. Only three of us had regular coffee and were never offered a refill. We asked for a refill and it took forever. And upon bringing the refill we asked for more creamer which we never received (the first creamer was a tiny thing). Just no attention to service detail. The manager rolled her eyes once when people at our table couldn't figure out where each meal was to go - and for a good reason, they were not made the way they were ordered. And we were not picky. We tried to make it easy. For instance, the breakfast sandwich can be ordered with sour dough or how it appears on the menu (with a brioche bun). The one person asking for alternative meat wanted the brioche bun. Yet, her sandwich came out with sour dough bread which she doesn't like. Rather than return it to the kitchen, she asked simply for them to bring her the bun and she would swap it out. We had to ask 5 times for that bun!

Staff was great and have good recommendations, sangria was delicious, we shared a bunch of things and everything tasted great! Only down side was parking but would totally go back!!

Good attentive service, not too crowded so we could hear each other talking, good was great ... We shared a bunch of dishes and all were delicious. My only gripe was that parking wasn't ideal .... Other than that I'd totally return

Good Latin American cuisine. Only had appetizers but they were solid. Sat at the bar so can't expand on service beyond, but very good there. Great drink selection.
