Placed order online @7:30pm, went to pick up @8:10pm it was sitting on the order screen waiting for being accepted. No one checked during the whole 40mins. Was asked to wait for 10 mins, they can cook it right away. Got my whole order @8:30pm. Standing there for the whole time, no one even offered a water or a chair to sit. Worst service ever, the waitresses’ attitude was very icy. I guess they are not the only place for pizza in town. By the way, the spaghetti was very soggy and plain. No flavour at all.

Staff were really slow and they showed no interest in us.
It took them 25 minutes to take our drink order.
The drinks were so awful that we couldn’t drink them and the food wasn’t good either. ( it took them a long time to bring our food too).
Due to the staff our dinner was around 2 Hours and 30 minutes.
For the price we paid we were expecting a better service and a better quality of food.

The food was mediocre, at best.
I recently had dinner here and wish I read the reviews first. Just the responses to the reviews from the restaurant would have been enough to turn me off. But, we had dinner here before heading out for the night. The appetizer was good. Drinks were ok, but just ok. Dinners - both mine and my husbands were terrible. I got the duck and it was saturated in sauce. I like a good sauce but this was overkill. It ruined the duck. The duck was like warm, and not hot. My husband got the salmon and it was very over cooked to the point it was dry as a bone. We cook better salmon at home. We continued to have hope and tried desert. I got the almond something cake. It tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for a few weeks. We were disappointed we wasted our date night here. Don’t do it.

As someone that considers oneself as a bit of a global denizen ( no hubris intended what so ever), it was a delightful experience. Solo visit on business, and recommended by a local transplant. The bread is like eating a delicious cloud. The carpaccio had salinity and acid balance with a surprising element of crunch. The vongole bottarga was so delicious. Not for the plain American Italian palate, this is a non touristy Roman trattoria in Boston. Kudos. Shout out to Brendan for holding house at the bar.

The place is horrible. All i get was dirty plates and insults, we asked a few times to bring us cleaner plates, but everytime returned the same dirty ones. The staff isn't polite, they don't know the meaning of the word, because even when mentioned they didn't accept our requests, in fact they started arguing. The owner arrived and didn't apologize, he enlarged the check and argued too. I don't recommend this place for sure, not now and not in future. Very rude all the staff.
Poor experience. The plates were dirty. Forks and towels were not prepared, we had to ask for them!

If I could give less than one star I would. We were served dirty plates for the appetizer, no water refill, the table was not ready when we arrived and we had to ask to prepare it with cutlery and napkins. Absurd! Rude staff and no one apologized for this terrible service.

Nice outdoor patio. Food was ok, pasta was good but meal that was supposed to include lobster had about a teaspoon of chopped lobster in it. Pricey for what you got. No bread or salad served with the meal. We should have continued to the North End for a good Italian meal.

This is my new favorite restaurant in Boston! Fresh ingredients, friendly and attentive service, and bonus for beautiful atmosphere. You HAVE to try the Margarita Moderna, it's worth coming back for again and again. Thank you Adam and team for taking great care of us!

The manager (of the new management of the restaurant) is identical to Samy from Gordon Ramsay’s Nightmare Kitchens (where the latter face up in helping them)
It’s not your typical Americanized Italian food: the ingredients were fresh and dishes a creative take on Italian classics. Loved it!
