Billy & team are the sweetest straight shooters in Boston, apropos for the Foundation Kitchen group. One of my favorite places to linger over a delicious creation. I don’t even care if I stain my clothes with marinara: totally worth the price of blue dawn.

The pasta was doughy and had an odd flavor. More concerning were the serious hygiene issues: staff wore bandaids without gloves while handling food and touching plates (a health code violation), and I received dirty cutlery three times. I was genuinely looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. Paid over $60 for a subpar experience, and it was sadly a waste of money. While the staff was kind and welcoming, the food quality and hygiene standards were unacceptable.

the pasta was very bland and heavy on the stomach. atmosphere not the best either. wouldn’t reccomend to a friend. made me throw up. would like a refund at least on the meal that made me sick considering 40 dollars were spent and there was 3 small things pieces in the food i asked for chicken in.

Ordered the penne vodka sauce pasta with meatballs and it was extremely salty, I was looking forward to trying out a new place in Cambridge but unfortunately this one was not good. I was not able to finish the pasta at all due to it just being salty in every bite :(

Great food: starters, salads and pasta. Very friendly staff. We came as strangers, we left as friends.

Ordered the spaghetti bolognese. The noodles were very soggy and overcooked, leaving a doughy taste. I usually love all pasta, but I truly couldn’t eat more than a couple bites of this. It looked nothing like the pictures and it barely had any meat sauce on it. Not to mention, this was $23. Please save your money.
Yummy, needs more cheese but it was pretty hot and fresh. Noodles were soggy and overcooked. Better luck next time.

The food was a massive disappointment. Ordered Penne Vodka and Campania, both at par were inedible at best. Both the sauces tasted quite strange and the pasta itself was strangely doughy- which I didn’t know could come like that. Any store bought pasta and sauce would probably taste 10x better.
The only decent thing was the garlic bread.

god awful. both pasta’s was hard and undercooked. sauces were odd… meatballs were no good. waited about 15-20 minutes to be greeted even though we were the only two in the restaurant. it’s like four different restaurants in one, i was so confused. decore and furniture looked like it was from target and ikea. definitely seemed like they primarily did takeout, however, i would not recommend dining in or to go.
i actually don’t know how someone could mess up spaghetti this bad. their 5 star reviews have to be bought, i don’t think anyone would be able to actually enjoy a meal like this.

I ordered the Fettuccine Chicken Broccoli and the Spaghetti All’amatriciana with a friend. Both had noodles that we thought were strange and off-putting. They weren't al dente or overcooked soft; they were doughy, like undercooked pizza dough.
The tomato sauce on the spaghetti was good. The Alfredo sauce on the fettuccine was okay, could use more salt.
The noodles ruined the whole experience though. Dry noodles from the supermarket are better. When I went, it was not the bald chef with the beard we see in the Google Maps pictures. Maybe he makes better pasta, but idk, we did not enjoy what we got.

I ordered the Mushrooms & Truffle Fettuccine, which was average; the creamy sauce had spilled over in the bag. The Cheese Tortellini was below average, featuring a tangy marinara sauce that was much less than shown in the picture—about 20% of the amount depicted.

Wanted a late night meal and this place is open super late. Got the spaghetti bolognese and everything about it is fine...except for the spaghetti itself. Sauce is good. Ground beef is good. Spaghetti, I'm personally not a fan. It has a bit of a gritty/grainy texture to it. Maybe it's whole grain spaghetti? It's not bad, but definitely felt off to me personally. Ate like all the ground beef and half of the spaghetti but didn't really want to finish it.
Arrived here with some trepidation. On a big intersection, looked unpromising from the outside and only went as close to our Airbnb. 8pm on Weds and we were the only people there. Looked like it was some kind of diner/pasta place online. Actually its like a mini food hall with a separate bar when you can great wine, beer and cocktails. The pasta was excellent - proper classic Italian, perfectly al dente and packed with flavour. Delicious garlic bread.
Service was incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the best meals I've had after nearly 3 weeks on a US road trip.
