Steak & cheese subs are delicious. The roll is so soft. Even reheated the next day & the roll was soft after being heated.

I lOVEEE their steak bomb with extra mayo and cheese. It’s my favorite order alongside the buffalo chicken calzone. Every time I go it’s just as delicious as the first time! The owner is very nice he’s often given leeway when I showed up a little late for my food. As a hard working customer his hospitality is everything! I don’t order my comfort food anywhere else best steaks and cheese and calzone in Boston for me! XOXO

Just ordered a large steak & cheese calzone and 2 - 10 piece chicken fingers. Steak & cheese calzone was fine but the 2 - 10 piece chicken fingers were over cooked and dry as cardboard. Not only that but the 2 orders of 10 piece chicken fingers were $36. I looked on their menu on the website and couldn't find the price of the 10 piece chicken fingers.Way over priced for frozen chicken fingers that should never have been served. Staff are good so I hope they can turn things around. I wish them the best of luck with figuring it out but I won't be buying chicken fingers from Pat's again.

Their customer service is horrible. Very rude and very impatient. It sucks because they have decent food, but after my interaction with one of the employees, I’ll never be going there again.

Won’t deliver past 1.5 miles I called and had them tell me this themselves. Smh worst pizza business ever and the food isn’t even worth it so it’s a shocker.

I had found Pat’s in an article for best places around Boston for pizza and wanted to try it because it was in our neighborhood. We ordered it for delivery earlier. I always think it is hard to screw up pizza but boy was I wrong. This food was absolutely awful.Mozzarella sticks: cold, hard. Either really old, or undercooked. Like eating breaded chunks of white plastic. Frozen from a box. Definitely not homemade.Ceasar salad: stale croutons from a box thrown on some lettuce. The lettuce at least seemed fresh. Dressing was out of those little plastic squishy packages.Margarita pizza was totally lackluster and flavorless. Cheese was rubbery and also like eating plastic. The meat pizza was okay - at least palatable, unlike everything else, but probably only because the rubbery cheese was masked by the meat toppings. Pizza crust is average at best.I could have had a way better meal from packaged food from Star Market around the corner. If you are in this neighborhood and want pizza, you get way better quality at Steele and Rye or Tavolo.Pat’s is absolutely disgusting. Never again.
