If you are searching for a relaxed place and hot lobster rolls, this is the must go. Very fast service and good quality of food.

My son and I tried Pauli’s on the recommendation of a friend of his. The lobster roll was amazing and plenty of it. It’s a small establishment but an incredible large menu. Reasonably priced considering the quality and generous portions. This place lives up to its reputation.

Ok spot, lobster rolls aren’t as great as the reviews lead you to believe.

My family stopped in for breakfast and we all got different breakfast sandwiches. They were all delicious. I had the avacado smash I think it was called. It was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Very much enjoyed the staff's banter while we waited. The staff checked on us several times. 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Over all the place was good. Crowded, but they were quick to get food out.

Parking: Definitely somewhere you have to walk to.

Got the hot butter lobster. Order took a while & when finally my number was called. The order was incomplete.
Roll had a lot of lobster, but the container they give in is exactly the size of the small roll. Making it tough to eat. Comes with a small bag of chips. Fries are extra $$. I felt the lobster roll could've used more butter. There's not much place to sit & eat. And, the seating is not very comfortable either.

Delicious hot lobster roll, quick service, located right in North End Boston.

They had an extensive menu, and customers seemed to order a variety of things, so I’ll have to return to try more menu items.

We did take out. So this was hands down our favorite lobster roll from the Boston trip. Not only delicious but the lobster meat filled the entire roll, not just laid on the top. The other sandwiches including breakfast also look amazing. Small deli feel, big flavors

Small place that can be chaotic at times. We got lucky and walked right up to the cash at noon, although 10 minutes later it was so packed you couldn't move and there was a lineup out the door.

Lots of selection for a quick lunch, only a few stools for dine-in. Had the hot Lobster Roll, was fantastic. Hot buttery, lots of big lobster chunks, comes with small bag of potato chips. Expensive, but hey it's lobster!

Loved the busy atmosphere, there were lots of tourists but also locals including firefighters from nearby. Would definitely return! They took credit cards.

The lobster roll was good but some of the lobster was overcooked and dry. the clam chowder was excellent.

They need to set up a designated area for the line and for the waiting for food as people were very confused if they were waiting in line or not.
