Anna was spectacular!
Awesome vegan cream cheese. Definitely a bit pricey, but food is awesome and vegan options are clearly labelled. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-04
Service could be friendlier but the orange latte and lox bagel were amazing!

Went in not expecting much from a former pavement coffee experience, but I was wrong to judge one time for a whole brand. This was so different. The coffee was good! Got the eggnog seasonal latte with a brownie and it was divine. Wish I could frequent more.

I love stopping in when im in town, usually the same nice young guy taking my order, learned today his name is Finn. Always so kind, quick, one of the best coffee shops that isn't your standard chain restaurant! Good variety of drinks as well i love the cinnamon fig latte!!

The coffee tasted horrible. it was too bitter. the bathroom is clean and chair is pretty comfortable, so it's a good place to work but not the place to grab a coffee
I came in the other day and the two baristas were so friendly and welcoming! Finn and Sydney made my friend and I beautiful (and delicious!) matcha lattes, and the everything bagels with cream cheese were so incredible I've been thinking about them since. Fenway Pavement is always a wonderful stop when I'm in the area :)

BLACK MOLD ON AVACADO!!!
This is so unsafe, i ordered this sandwhich and when I opened it I saw the avacado looked really dark, I thought maybe they cooked it or something but it had actual mold growing on it and smelled terrible. I am shocked they would put this on here. Completely disgusted

Amazing playlist!!! Kudos to whoever's in charge of the music. But also, be ready to wait for a seat because this place is always packed, rain or shine because they have some of the best coffee and bagels in Boston 🥯☕️

Unsure why this place has only a 4.1 but I really enjoyed it both times I've been. Staff are great, my oat latte was perfect, and my bagel sandwich was perfect both times. Great place to work for a couple hours to get outta the house. Probably will become a regular here.

As a local who has been supporting Pavement since they first opened, I was really disappointed today. After waiting over 20 minutes for our order, several people who came in after us got their food first. When I asked about it, the cashier just said, “That’s cool,” which made it worse. We ultimately asked for a refund and left. It’s clear the team needs much better training on both order management and basic customer service at th Brighton location. Sadly, after years of being a loyal customer, I won’t be returning.
They closes the kitchen 1 hour before closing. Should change the time.
I went on a Tuesday

Pavement is a good coffee house if you want to pay for a drink that is 50% ice. I went here and ordered a small iced coffee, and while it was decent, they put in so much ice that the drink only took up half the cup, and then they didn’t even fill the cup up to the top! However, the atmosphere is nice and modern, and the food is decent, so overall four stars.
