I do not recommend this place as the owners support terrorism and the killing of people merely because they are Jews. It's also unclear what they might do to your food if they dislike you for any reason.
Latte taste so bitter and BLT sandwich was not toasted and portion was so small for $11. I will never order from this place
Nice big, bright open space. We both had toasted everything bagel with cream cheese - delicious and generous! Terrific double shot cappuccinos! Taken care of by sweet counter staff.

Delicious! Had to do a 'make your own' because they no longer served what I used to order and it was a bit pricey but I expect nothing less being in the fenway area. The Arnold Palmer was bomb!

Extremely bad service as always. It is the slowest service in the whole city and coffee is absolutely disgusting. There’s no eagerness to get people their food and coffee. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Just don’t go here it’s so bad I regret it every time. Service ruins the whole experience.

Rude employees, slow service, and just overall an unpleasant experience. 2 breakfast sandwiches and a coffee shouldn’t be $40, and if it is, then the taste & service should justify the cost. Half the time my coffee isn’t even made correctly. Every time I decide to give them a chance again I end up disappointed.
It’s a pity that I can’t rate the service as zero star.
And the coffee in Pavement Coffeehouse tasted like pavements indeed. The cashier/barista is the meanest person I’ve ever seen. The way he talks was like I owed him a two million pay check.
The floor is unbelievably dirty (basically a frat house)

Gone here twice with disappointing results. Asked for a large matcha latte once and got like 3 cups of whole milk with a sprinkle of matcha and ice. Fine, that's on me for asking for that. Today I asked for a London fog, but asked if they could make it iced. I got a look like I had three heads from the cashier and after they asked their coworker "can we even do those", told me they'd try to figure it out. I paid, tipped for their efforts. They gave me a hot drink, got annoyed when I said that I had asked for iced, then handed me plain iced tea with some foamed milk.
A good London fog is earl grey tea and steamed milk, and some vanilla. I got completely screwed with this drink and wished that they had said no, they couldn't deviate (I had another drink lined up!). Not cool.

Bagel with hummus was excellent. Black coffee was good. Service was a bit slow, but it was the morning rush. Would recommend this place.

Terrible service. I ordered coffee and waited there for 20 minutes And at the end coffee was taken by someone else. It completely wasn’t the best experience. They didn't even bother to apologize.

Good coffee, bad experience with the service.
I bought a bag of coffeebeans and a big coffee (was charged full price for the coffee despite a small being included, that's what it is). The lid wasn't fully put on the cup so the cup collapsed in my hand, scalding it with coffee. I should have been more carefull no doubt, but it frustrated me how ignored I was by the employees when I asked for the toilet to put on cold water and made them aware. The way I was looked at, apparently frustrating them immensely. I have never experienced such a bad treatment before. I'm sorry to say it and it's too bad as I have satisfactorily bought coffee beans from them before, online.
My take home, buy their beans and coffee online or elsewhere, not in the Fenway coffeehouse.
