Pavement Coffeehouse - BU

Everything is great except it seems that the server put the tips on my behalf without my consent. I paid through my phone and left, and received a charge (already after tax) higher than what’s on the screen. I mean consider the work I don’t mind tipping but I really don’t like this.

A student friendly cafe where stopped to share a new post in my blog while having my coffee and croissant.

It was just mid. Nothing fancy and nothing to brag about. Is this place bad? No. Is it worth overpaying instead of getting Dunkin? Also no.

Nice people and atmosphere. But bales are mid at best and quite expensive. Order was wrong too

Great place with delicious coffees and cozy space especially for BU students.

The wait time was long, staff were very rude, 20 mins for a coffee. Not recommended.

Good Bagel and great tea

I do not recommend this place as the owners support terrorism and the killing of people merely because they are Jews. It's also unclear what they might do to your food if they dislike you for any reason.

Amazing food, amazing coffee, service can be a bit slow due to high demand during the school year, a lot of students come here and it can be tough to find a seat so come early!

Order a cappuccino from here and it was very good, I approve

The best coffee and bagels around. Bagels are legit, chewy but not hurt your teeth chewy and good flavors. Every sandwich is good but chicken salad is the best. The sweets are good too, not overly sweet like some other coffee shops...

coffee was surprisingly AMAZING? place was crowded though so that's tough but seriously?? The coffee was good?? Like???? i didnt expect that from this chain LMAO maybe im just used to overhyped over priced coffee but this one was legit?

Lots of bagel and drink selections. I got the lavender lemonade which was pretty tasty. It was a bit crowded when we went and it did take a while for our order to be ready, but overall a great place to grab a bagel.

I’ve given this place two chances, and both times, I’ve been burned. The first time, I ordered a vegan sandwich, but to my dismay, it arrived with dairy cheese. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff refused to replace it, and I had to throw it away.

Hoping it was a one-time mistake, I visited again and ordered an oat milk coffee. Unfortunately, I was given a regular dairy coffee instead. Once more, the rude service personnel refused to correct the error, forcing me to discard my drink.

Twice now, I’ve had to throw away my orders due to their carelessness and lack of customer service. I will not be returning and advise others to be cautious if you have dietary preferences or restrictions.

I was so impressed by the look and feel of the place in the back, not to mention that the coffee AND food were quite delicious! I don't remember the name, but the spicy bagel had real pico de gallo on it, I couldn't believe it!
