overall worst starbucks i’ve ever been to, they always mess up my order and this time they were giving me attitude and i ordered a venti, they gave me a grande and i told them that and they just poured the coffee into a venti cup and gave it back, didn’t fill it with ice. i also ordered a slice of cake and i didn’t get that either. so i threw away the coffee, waste 12 dollars and 20 minutes of my time.

Wait time was too long. Employees had so much attitude. They didn’t have holiday cups for some reason. The drink tasted weird… Not a great experience, and believe me, not all starbucks cafes located in university buildings are like this. Sub par and a disappointment unfortunately…

You MUST have a campus ID to get to the cafeteria.The building guard was rude with us. There’s NO way to know that it’s not open to the public.
