I stopped by Peet's at Terminal B because I had been tired of Dunkin' always getting it wrong. I am so glad that I finally caved and tried this Peet's location. I got the Matcha Latte with Protein. When I took the first sip I probably made an ugly face because even though I ordered my drink with protein I forgot that I should be expecting to taste it a bit like protein too. The barista saw that and suggested to add Vanilla syrup. I am so grateful for them and their suggestion. They made the drink perfect to my taste. 10/10 would recommend based on this experience. Plus the cafe was very clean and tidy w/ some seating.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I verbatim ordered “an oat milk iced latte” which somehow turned in to me being charged for two lattes. When I asked when it rang up as $19 for one coffee the employee advised me that she thought I said two and I would have to choose something else when I just wanted a refund for one of the coffees. I ultimately had to write down my credit card information on a random slip of paper so she could initiate the refund in “3-5 business days”. It has certainly been beyond 3-5 business days now and I know I’ll never get my refund.

Ice cold breakfast sandwiches, rude employees, terrible frappes, and to top it all off, overpriced. Don’t waste your time or $. Everyone around us had the same experience and they’re likely only in business in E Gate due to limited options. Step it up, Peet’s!

I went to the one by the E gate and decided to order at the self service kiosk i made up my mind that if i was gonna be charged so much for just a sandwitch might as well make it a meal like it says on the prompt on the screen it comes with potatoes well it did NOT come with potatoes the danish was rather small and dry my drink looks like it could be a small i went back to ask for my potatoes the lady looked at me like i was crazy said it does not come with potatoes i pointed out that the kiosk says it does and she pointed out her menu board doesnt and thats what they go by ok then... $13 for just a sandwitch BEWARE CAUSE THIS IS VERY MISLEADING FOR SELF SERVICE CUSTOMERS and i informed her of it needing fixing she just shrugged ok kool clearly not the manager so cant be pissed at her who cant really do much about the technical errors as for my drink most likely being the wrong size i feel the general uncaring vibe i received from my first concern was going to be equally given for this other concern so i just left it alone the vanilla chai wasnt that great tasting either way it was lack of flavor

Coffee is awesome
Bagel is worst. Avoid it
Croissant Egg and cheese was good

Grabbed a coffee and a bagel. The coffee is good but the bagel was lightly toasted but could not rip through it as it was maybe microwaved to defrost or something. Do not recommend at all as there is nothing more frustrating paying airport prices for something inedible.

Extremely expensive, better off buying from Hudson. I still can’t believe I paid $10 for a skinny ass egg & cheese sandwich.
Never getting food from the again.

Ps. This is a review for Peet’s at Terminal E.

When ordering, I asked for an iced matcha with oat milk and vanilla. The barista repeated it back as a hot matcha with almond milk. Even after clarifying, I still got a hot matcha. I know it’s an airport, but fix my $6.00 drink when I know I didn’t mess up.

Coffee is terrible. Mocha latte and no mocha. I would take one for free, but not worth $7

At Logan terminal B, we enjoyed two wonderful Cappuccino’s, medium size, served by an able guy. 12 bucks. The assorted baked goods looked inviting.

The barista refused to fill the cup to the top for a light iced coffee, claiming that the amount of coffee remains the same regardless of the ice level. Am I speaking with ChatGPT?

They didn’t even bother properly mixing chocolate syrup in my mocha. All the chocolate was sitting in the bottom and rest of it was just regular latte. Waste of money.

Why do I keep going here? Coffee is sometimes hot sometimes not, service is horrific something is always broken, no receipt, can’t take cash…
