Health inspector needs to pay a visit...

Walked up to counter. Nobody in line. Counter clerk was off to side on phone. All cooks in back were on their phone. Waited one minute and walked away and went to another restaurant. Fly out of this terminal every week and eat there at least twice a month. Will not be back. These restaurants need to get employees off their phones and focus on work. Happened 6 pm Thursday December 5th.

The food was decent, but despite the sign saying they open at 9 am, they didn’t actually open until almost 9:20am. The girl at the register was rude. I’m giving three stars only because the food was alright. If she doesn’t want to work or provide good service, she should look for another job instead of ruining other people’s day.

My husband’s $15.50 orange chicken had exactly five pieces of chicken. There were no snap peas in my entree that was advertised with snap peas, and the fortune cookies were stale.

$18 later and I have two pounds of white rice, one piece of broccoli (not even kidding) and 4 pieces of chicken. I am hungry and livid. What a joke.

I with I could rate a minus 1. This restaurant is expensive and don’t serve exactly what they list in their menu. Horrible food and very expensive. I wish I could get my money back for the rice cauliflower chicken that I ordered today 8/2 and put in the garbage . ?

Sad. $16 for a plate full of rice and little else. Takes way too long. 15-20 mins even when I was only one of two people in line. And very expensive.

The sole positive of this place is I could tell the woman working the counter tried to wipe excess spillage off plates before serving them.

EDITEE: Wrote the above before eating it. Upon eating it it tasted terrible. Hard rice and super tough chicken. Absolutely nothing close to tasting like actual Pei Wei. Honestly tasted as bad as the food served on flights.

Slowest service known to man. Cant have fried rice with entrees and they dont take cash. 30 minutes wait for togo with 5 customers. Used fried chicken for fried rice, very dry no flavor and these little black strings are inside. Will never go back?
