I had ordered a few times from here while waiting for a flight out of Boston Logan. Yesterday I ordered their Payway original and after waiting over 15 minutes, I checked in and was told that it would be 15 minutes more because they had run out of rice! I asked to substitute the rice with noodles, which they agreed however, other people were not as lucky as they had run out of noodles as well. Someone came up from the back and started yelling at the kitchen staff in front of guests. They ended up shutting down the restaurant due to technical difficulties. This was on a Tuesday at around 5:30 PM it really is a shame that the quality of this establishment has gone downhill.

I expect a $18 meal to have much more protein. My Pei Wei original was literally 85% full of brown rice. Terrible value, I reccomend just get a pizza right next to the place

My family as a group of 5 tried to eat here before our flight. They took 30 minutes and failed to deliver all of our food before our flight. We had to leave with only 3/5 meals ready. Coordination between cashier and cook was terrible and the cook didn’t seem to know several orders even existed. Food wasn’t even great. Way overpriced for airport food. Didn’t even offer a refund for the food we did not receive. No cutlery in our food bag. Never coming back.

Visited this Pei Wei location while at the airport and the meal did not taste or was consistent with its original recipe. Had a terrible experience with the employees, they thought it was ok to omit information regarding unavailable vegetables that were missing from the dish. Staff was not friendly or responsive when I brought up the concern, their customer service was lacking would suggest to have retraining on how to treat customers. Will not visit again and do not recommend. Note this review is from my visit to this restaurant in February 2025.

Gluten free gf Chinese options on the menu at an airport! Good times.
The orange chicken was $15. It had about 2/3 of the container filled up with white rice and only 5 pieces of orange chicken. You would get more food for $15 in other places at the airport.
I ordered the original chicken ....alot of carrots, only a little chicken and then 3 snow peas. The rice was the majority of the dish.
Horrible food.

The chicken fried rice is better than peiwei original chicken rice.
Health inspector needs to pay a visit...
Walked up to counter. Nobody in line. Counter clerk was off to side on phone. All cooks in back were on their phone. Waited one minute and walked away and went to another restaurant. Fly out of this terminal every week and eat there at least twice a month. Will not be back. These restaurants need to get employees off their phones and focus on work. Happened 6 pm Thursday December 5th.

Six tiny pieces of chicken for $16. The food also tastes very unpleasant. Regret buying food here.
