Food was great but felt extremely rushed by our server. Within the first ten minutes of sitting she asked us 4 times if we were ready to order and the third time she informed us she'd be back in one minute to take our order. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Entire meal took 45 minutes. Sat at 6pm for our reservation and walked out at 6:45. I think this was just due to them wanting to flip tables on a Saturday night, but it felt a bit rude. Have been here a few times and this never happened, so will definitely be back. Again, food is delicious!

My wife and I stopped by 10/2 for an early dinner. Drinks and entres (rack of lamb and veal) were excellent. The appetizer of chicken parm spring rolls were not super favorful. The bread was great. I would highly recommend.

Loved it, had veal scallopini, not on the menu but they made it for me. Great service.

The food was outstanding. I had the rack of lamb - fantastic. Guests had lasagna and chicken parm, both great. And most importantly, my daughter who has celiac disease had the gluten free penne with chicken and vodka sauce. Which was amazing. Only challenge was how tight the space was (not unusual in the north end). Had some difficulty getting into our seats. Definitely will be back.

Stumbled upon it. Food was great as was the service. Traditional Italian. Our young son ordered off the menu and they were happy to accommodate. Veal was great. Lava cake was so good . Our family will return.

Food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. It's a small, cozy place good for a group or a date night.

Short review- great food, great service! Intimate little restaurant that I recommend. Long review- 4 years ago, I went on a date to a tiny restaurant in Little Italy. It was raining out and we ran into a random place, and I was never able to find it again after that night. I tried every side street but couldn't find it again until this year! It was just as good as I remember it 4 years ago. The first time I went, I got gnocchi that I still remember 4 years later (it was that good!). This time I got linguini with clams in wine sauce and it was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant that I'm so glad I rediscovered! Basically a dream come true :)

While walking around Boston during my visit I stumbled across this restaurant. I decided to give it a try the hostess/server seemed a little on edge but I thought whatever it's a busy night. Our food experience was average nothing to really rave about the drinks were just your normal drinks. It came time to pay the bill so we did, tipped and signed. I was absolutely stunned when the hostess/server came back and said that the tip was not good enough and slammed the bill on the table. I am a world traveler and tip above 20% based on service. Our service here wasn't great but I'm not going to be an a*** I was just at a loss of words when this lady did this. Again I have traveled to over 42 countries and never in my life have I had this happen to me. I will never support this business again.

Have dined in North end of Boston before and typically enjoy experience, but this time was mediocre at best. Bustling Saturday afternoon with beautiful weather and we caught the lunch menu at about 2pm. Hostess has a bite and not very friendly upon entering. Server was polite and efficient, but nothing special. The biggest disappointment was the portion size. The ladies were okay with size, however the men were still hungry when we left. Lobster ravioli tasted good, but small portion, and same even with spaghetti and meatballs. Bread portion is small and the $9 for garlic bread is small too. Needless to say we hauled over to Faneuil Hall and looked for an Italian Sausage to fulfill what the lunch missed out on…$160 for lunch for 5 with water and one glass of wine was too much considering what you got. My best recommendation is avoid lunch portions or you will leave disappointed. I have never even heard of someone leaving an Italian restaurant hungry :(

I wanted to bring my friend from out of town to try some good italian food in the north end. I had never been here but the reviews were good. I would not recommend. We ordered an 18 dollar appetizer the Brusecca I think, it was a block of cheese with a few pieces of lettuce and barely any proscitto, by that I mean like 3 thin slices. And like 3 slices of tomato. Very overpriced and not worth it. The dishes I could've gotten from the store and heated up. I was very disappointed. They were not good, especially for the price. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at an Italian restaurant, let alone in the north end.

Outstanding food, service and atmosphere. Our waiter Justin was extraordinary explaining everything on the menu and providing excellent recommendations.
