This is a great establishment that is run by a responsible manager. My father had an issue here (won’t mention what as it’s been resolved). The manager called my father and I directly and apologized, offered a free dinner and in person apology, and sent a bunch of pizzas to Boston Children’s Hospital as a way to make amends. The manager here is great. She admits when they make a mistake and will go above and beyond to make it right. What else can you ask of a business? I...
Just had a great night with my friends at penguin and enjoyed the lime Ricky buckets, I added grenadine to mine! Yummm! Thank you to my server Carolìna she was so attentive, patient, and kind when I asked for a very complicated payment method!! Best server on tonight for sure !!
I went in late night to get a slice and got the last of what they had. It was fine, not great. The beer selection is wide. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere is of a dive pizza bar.
