The roasted asparagus on the salad was inedible. Roasted to a crisp to the point that it was tough and had no stalk left

Shocked by the negative reviews. I have been here twice, ordering a salad with porchetta. The salad greens are fresh, flavorful, and interesting--today I had the baby gem lettuce with pear and beets. The porchetta is a tad salty (it is porchetta after all) but packs a lot of flavor depth, and the portion of porchetta is enormous. Food comes out very quickly. It's a lot of money for a lunchtime salad, but plenty of food for a more than full meal.

Lovely spot, thoroughly enjoyed my fish & chips, the DJ was also great!

I recently had the Porchetta sandwich after a recommendation from a friend, and it didn't really live up to the hype. It was okay. The porchetta was good but the sandwich just wasn't worth anywhere near the $15 price. We had one sandwich with the cherry mostarda and the other with the onion agrodolce per the employees recommendation. I'm glad we did that so we could try both. The mostarda was incredibly sticky to the point where each bite my teeth would feel like they were glued together. The bread however was very very good. The fried potatoes were very good and definitely recommend adding a side to your order. Service was super friendly and very quick turnaround time.

The porchetta itself was good. The porchetta sandwich was pathetic. Just bread, meat, and your choice of either onion agradolce or mostarda.extremely one note, and absolutely zero effort to actually make this a good sandwich. my palate was fatigued and bored within a few bites. No one would ever make such a boring, 2 ingredient sandwich, for a person who a person they care about cares about, let alone charge 15$ for it.it blows my mind, as they have plenty of suitable ingredients already on the line for other items on their menu.

My coworkers and I wanted to try this place and we all regretted it. Now our whole office won’t be visiting again. Not a fan. We love the spot just next door!

I was so excited to try this place because the line I saw the other day! The cashier was very nice and recommended their most popular sandwich (the porchetta with onions). The presentation was great but the taste was mediocre. The crispy pork skin was great but that was two bites and then I ate what I thought was not something edible. I’m not sure if I’m eating something others would consider a delicacy but my gut is telling me that some of the meat was either overcooked or dry. It tasted like a dried sponge? I wanted to give this place more stars so I’m so upset it was a no go for me.

After half a year of working in the area, it was finally time to try Pennypacker's @ HSP. I wish it were a better experience. I wanted to be lenient, but if you ask me if I'd order the Brisket Sandwich again, I'd have to say no. While nothing was glaringly wrong, several more minor issues added to a disappointing experience. Before I throw the book at these poor folks, here are a couple positives:First, the sandwich contained a generous amount of protein! Second, the service was friendly and amply quick. Thirdly, I did immensely enjoy the lime-marinated onions. Now, the 'book':First, the bread did not work for this sandwich. The crust had substantial give, which caused this poor thing to get crushed under a bite. As a result, the fillings would start to get squeezed out after the first chomp, after the fourth, good luck. Then there is the question of veggies & cheese. As much as I enjoyed the onions, I would have liked more of them. These were already applied rather lighthandedly, and the crushing issue above didn't help things either. As for the cheese, while I am a cheese lover, I don't know what the crumbled queso fresco added here. The cheese lover in me wishes the cheese element were more impactful. Then, we come to the crux of the matter: the protein. I learned from the food-based YouTubers that salt brings out the flavor, and fat carries it; this brisket was lacking in both. The pulled meat was 95% lean, with a couple of small pieces containing any noticeable fattiness that makes brisket so heavenly. I wouldn't go as far as to call it dry, but the lack of moisture was evident. As I ate, I felt some sauce was definitely called for. It would free three birds with one key: add moistness, flavor, and salt. Finally, I was surprised that the sandwich was cold, though I don't know if that's by design. While these minor issues compounded on top of one another led to a less-than-stellar review, all are easily fixed. A different bread, an extra scoop of onion, a sprinkle of salt, a squeeze of sauce, and hopefully some fattier bits of brisket, and we are in four-star territory. Make the sandwich hot, and we might be flirting with five!

The porchetta is delicious and the sliced squash sandwich was unbelievably good. Highly recommend.

Employee looked angry and I waited for 5 minutes to order when I was the only person on the line. She was complaining for everything and very bad spoken. Don’t go!

Good food and interesting meat platter. Wish we had a bunch more meats to try aside from the porchetta.
