Great hidden breakfast spot in the SeaPort. Located on the loading dock of an old warehouse, you'd never guess that there's a breakfast gem awaiting you. Tasty coffee. Great selection of eggs, omelettes, etc. Friendly staff. Only negative was plastic utensils. Fair price.

It is actually on a shipping dock. Food is on paper plates and plastic. Very pricey.

Very industrial setting in the middle of the dockside area. Building is a large warehouse and entrance is a little hard to find. Food is very good. Lol. Utensils are the thinnest I have ever seen.

I'd go back if I am in the area. Not sure I would make a trip out of it...

Not waterfront, not very ckean. Ordered a breafast burrito with cheese, no cheese and bacon was not cooked well. They are pet friendly. No air-conditioning

I found this place by chance when I searched for lunch options while staying in the Seaport area. My wife and I took the 10-12 minute walk expecting to find a place on the water (dockside). What we found surprised us. Five stars for atmosphere might seem odd considering it is literally at the end of a loading dock for trucks, but that is part of its charm. It was so good we came back a few days later for lunch before we left for the airport.

My wife got the fish sandwich both times. It was great both times. I got the fish tacos the first time and a lighter option the second time (grilled cheese w/ tomato). Both were solid choices as well.

Quality little diner, real gem. Breakfasts were really good value and tasted great. Didnt have a chance to taste the pizza but they looked good too.

Served only breakfast at 1:00 even though they have a lunch menu. Waited over 30 minutes and not informed they ran out of eggs.

Location is terrible due to construction. Restaurant smelled like battery acid inside and lacked HVAC, I had to eat outside due to odor. Service took 15 minutes for a $10 breakfast burrito. Burrito was bland at best, peppers and onions were rock hard and hot sauce was far too overpowering. I will not be returning

Nice clean location in a quiet area. It was kind of hard to hear the person behind the counter with the noise of the exhaust fans. If you're looking for a water atmosphere this is a different kind of dock. Food is a good value and was ready pretty quickly.

Breakfast literally stops being served at 10:59, I ordered at 11:00 and they said no. Lunch was then very slow.

It’s my favorite place for a reason- thank you Pete’s for outstanding service and excellent food. It’s very popular, except a 20min wait to get your food. Or order online!
