My wife and I, as well as at least 40 other guests, had a miserable experience at PF Chang's on Tremont Street in Boston. We had a 6:45 PM reservation in advance of an 8:00 PM theater date. That shouldn't have been a problem, since PF Chang's enforces a 75-minute maximum stay. So we would want to be leaving around the time they would want us to leave. When we got there, there were at least 40 people with reservations not being seated. Clearly PF Chang's accepts reservations well beyond the capacity of their seating, and customers have to suffer for it. We also were not told the truth about where we were in line. At 7:15, we were told we were next, but then they called other names. Bad experience. Don't trust a reservation at BF Chang's in Boston.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but this one was necessary. It was busy New Year's Eve. Not our first rodeo as we expected That and expected to order everything quickly because it was so busy. Our waitress was rude and overly annoying about making sure we ordered everything right away because of wait times (which actually there were not wait times). The sushi was lukewarm and tasted weird. The food was bland with a hint of dirty dish rag. And to Boot the bathroom were absolutely filthy. Our waitress also hung out overhead while we were completing our checks as if to monitor tipping. It was bizarre, uncomfortable and It was just a very unpleasant experience overall and I will not return.
