Best bang for your buck! I got the vegetarian pho noodle soup to-go, and it came with so many veggies and deliciously fried tofu and full quart of broth! I had two meals! Very tasty and nourishing, I will definitely be back!

Pho Viet’s Review

Waiting time: 10 min to be seated
First dish: 5 min

Finally made it here after wanting to visit for a while—worth it.

Food:
•Special Beef Pho: Deep, savory broth served piping hot. The rice noodles are slightly thinner and pleasantly chewy. The beef sinew stands out—gelatinous, tender, and full of flavor. Portion is generous for about $15.
•Banh Mi: Large and satisfying. The baguette is perfectly crunchy outside, soft inside. The creamy spread ties the fresh pickled carrots, daikon, and cilantro together beautifully.
•Shrimp Toast: Crispy and golden with a sesame crust. Good texture, though a thicker shrimp paste layer would improve balance.

Ambience: Clean, casual, modern space—comfortable for a quick lunch or relaxed dinner.

Service: Efficient and friendly; food arrived quickly after ordering.

Value: Excellent—quality and portion exceed expectations at this price.

Standout: The beef sinew in the pho—rarely this well done.

Verdict: Solid Vietnamese spot. Already went twice in one week—will return.

I was so disappointed with their chicken and shrimp spring rolls. Everything was perfect except the chicken. It was literal boiled chicken breast, dry and flavorless. Not even salt added. I am guessing the pork and shrimp would have been way better.

Great little shop for some authentic Vietnamese food. I had a tofu Bahn Mi that was prepared excellently and a milk tea that was perfectly sweetened. If im ever in the neighborhood again, I'll be back!

Just came here today to visit Boston University. Seems to have good reviews so gave it a try. The food is not authentic Vietnamese food. Summer roll is just a big Chinese egg roll. Also got a soup bowl with beef flank and it’s below my expectations. Too much MSG. The mango drink is mediocre as well which is too sweet with jelly.

Ordered the short ribs plate and a drink. The ribs tasted kind of strange for me. Not sure how it was made, but tasted almost fruity... The pickled veggies were delicious though and the staff were pretty quick!

Our favorite for takeout for the bahn mi and vermicelli salads! Definitely try the lemongrass beef - that’s our fave! We find ourselves returning again and again for quick but delicious take out. Very flavorful!
