Recent Reviews
Piattini is one of my go-to spots on Newbury Street, and it’s even better when the weather’s nice, and you can grab a table outside. There’s nothing like enjoying great Italian food while people-watching on one of Boston’s best streets. The pasta is always fresh, the wine selection is solid, and the vibe is just right—lively but not over the top. If you’re looking for a spot to sit back, enjoy a good meal, and take in the Newbury Street energy, Piattini is a winner.

Ordered a chicken parmigiana. Chicken breast was too dry and chewy. Felt like chicken was cooked the days before and just put in the oven to warm it up. Service was very good but definetly not coming back to have dinner again.

I really wanted to like this place!
We came in on a Saturday night and were seated by the host quicker than expected, which was great, but the place is definitely more suited for couples than a family of four in terms of space. Where the host was very friendly and fast the server was not, very blunt and quick to leave without letting us ask questions or ask for sauce or anything else. The bread for the table was ice cold.
