We visited the North End. We are from the PNW and we love fresh food. All of Boston was great and we enjoyed some really tasty food but this fresh food haven was just the oasis we needed. Everything was well seasoned and the portions we great. I loved the interior of the shop too! Thanks Pink Carrot!

So You need to go up one large step then another smaller step to get in. Though the entrance seems narrow it is spacious inside. You go up to the bar to order. You can open a tab and close it for your table. I was surprised by this, but apparently pretty typical for the area. I sat at a table closer to the kitchens because the tables in the front seemed to be more dimly lit. I like to see my food. I ordered a juice, a bowl, and a salad. There is a bathroom in the back, but I didn't...

I searched for something to eat and this place stuck out because there were not many options for vegan food. I liked the interior, it was a nice place to rest. But the food options were limited and basic. I had the vegan caeser salad and it was quite good but didn't have a good source of protein.
