I’ve now had multiple frustrating experiences with this business across different locations.
This most recent order was placed for pickup at the Newbury Street location. I attempted to call several times for help with directions and order pickup and no one ever answered the phone. Both Waze and Apple Maps routed me incorrectly, and despite driving around the area for over 20 minutes, I could not find the storefront. There are no clear directions on the website and no guidance provided for curbside pickup despite that being an option when ordering.
Customer service afterward focused on blaming navigation rather than acknowledging the lack of phone support or clear instructions. This mirrors a previous experience at their North End location, where staff were oddly transactional and unfriendly, including being expected to pay before any service was provided for a sit down meal on multiple occasions.
The food itself is good and fairly unique, which is the frustrating part. But the combination of poor communication, inaccessible location and defensive customer service makes it hard to justify the price or effort.

Crazy good egg wrap, beautiful and healthy too.
The place is lovely; the large glass windows make it feel airy and filled with natural light.
I ordered the tuna toast. Honestly, I ate half and was completely full, so I saved the rest for dinner. The food is excellent value for the price.
I think my wife got the egg sandwich on a bagel, and she thought it was just average.

I like this place
We tried “chicken buffalo salad wrap” and “chicken pesto sandwich”
Both were so special and tasty with great portions. Worth the price and will definitely try again!

Terrible southwest bowl. The brown rice was so hard, I could have chipped a tooth. Definitely not worth the $20 I spent. I would not return.

Loved that they added cinnamon to their matcha but didn’t like that it wasn’t properly mixed you could feel all the bumps in the end. The pricing was decent and the overall place is very nice to go work from home.

We got an avocado toast, veggie wrap and a matcha sunrise (matcha with orange juice 😍) and everything was delicious! So happy to see more places with healthy food options in Boston 💙
