I booked a reservation for table for 7. I should've know that a last minute reservation on a Saturday night in Boston is a red flag. They seated us right away but we waited at least 5 minutes before we got water. And then we waited another 5 for drinks. They were out of ice tea AND watermelon for another drink nonalcoholic drink. All of the drinks came out very slow - again, they were nonalcoholic. My 15 year old who looks her age got milk in a plastic, covered cup with a straw. That was a bit insulting. Our nacho appetizers came out very slow. My friend in the group has a severe nut and dairy allergy. We asked about the guacamole to just check and the server never got back to us. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, and even then, our dishes came out 3 minutes apart for each plate. I understand if they're understaffed but our server never apologized or acknowledged the long delay. We had a similar poor experience in NYC and I was hopeful about the one in our hometown of Boston. I was very disappointed once again and embarrassed that I took my friends from out of state here for their Saturday night in Boston. I do not recommend.

Waited an entire hour for drinks, one of them never came and waited another our for our food. Our waitress was great just overwhelmed but the food was inconsistent and there was a hair in the guacamole...ya. The manager gave minimal compensation for an overall disappointing dining experience. Had higher expectations for a restaurant in the seaport area. That made us late for our following reservation. Won't be coming back.

The food is huge!!! Got our photos taken at the table and left a lasting memory for my birthday. The kids menu taquitos my daughter loved. Friendly service and I love the mezcal drinks

You know I was very sus about coming here and I’m glad I did not listen to the negative reviews . First of the vibe here is awesome the food was great I had the lobster tacos and drinks were great . Gabby was our waitress and she was fabulously great personally can’t wait to go back . P.S. love the name of the place 😝

Carl and Zoey are out of this world, we had an awful day of traveling and found a place that was open at 10am, we came in annoyed and pessimistic about our day due to our mood. Without effort Carl and Zoey turned our day around and told us about a bunch of amazing things in the city we could do to brighten our day. Even if the food and drinks were trash, which they weren’t, I’d come back just for them.

Complete underwhelmed by the food here as everything was lacking salt and general flavor. We waited forever for drinks & when we did get them the margarita just tasted like sour margarita mix it was not good. Queso was hard as a rock and was mostly chorizo with barely any cheese. Entrees like all the other reviews took forever to come out and were average at best. Service was far too terrible and food was far to average to return unfortunately

Got charged $130 more than I should have. I have went in to talk to a manager they said they were too busy, I have emailed them and have gotten no response and now I have been calling and the phone says the voicemail is full. How do you speak to a manager from there?

My fiancé and I went into Pink Taco after visiting the Snowport tonight. We were surprised at how dead it was inside the restaurant and at the bar as we walked by so we went inside. We saw that there were only 3 people at the large sized bar and went to sit. As we walked toward the empty bar, one of the hosts followed behind us yelling “hey”. She proceeded to tell us that the bar tonight is filled from reservations only and that they have been understaffed and cannot make us drinks. She said that even if we had sat at the bar no one would serve us because they don’t have enough bartenders to support the 3 people at the bar. She basically kicked us out before we even got to speak. She was incredibly rude and unapologetic. When we looked at the reservation process at Pink Taco there is not even a way to reserve bar seats so it was a complete lie that they had reservations for the bar. I felt like turning away easy business was silly when there was no one inside but regardless we will not be back after this incredibly unprofessional encounter.
