I LOVE playa bowls. It's wonderful to see that they are building Playa Bowls across the nation. I do have one complaint though which made me have to knock down a few stars in terms of rating.
Usually I place my order for a specific pick up time, and often my order is made about 5-10 minutes early (which is great). But because of that, they usually have my order, and everyone else's order sitting on the counter. This makes the playa bowl melt as it is sitting in a room temperature environment. This is a bit frustrating because often times I come to pick up my order and 1, they ignore me and pretend I don't exist, and 2, my playa bowl ends up being melted. Please fix your customer service. It really makes an impact on how a customer enjoys their experience.
By making these improvements my rating for Playa Bowls Northeastern will instantly increase to 5 stars! I hope you take this comment into consideration when serving your customers.

I came in today. It was real busy. I was waiting out a little frustrated. I was helped by Carlos. He was very helpful. Told me about the menu. I asked him did they still serve oatmeal? He said yes they still have. It told me about the new drinks they had All around was just very helpful.
