do not order online! it will take over an hour or get canceled. they should just remove the option to order online or management should be turning the option off because clearly they can’t process orders and it is a consistent issue
I was so disappointed with the food that was delivered to me. I ordered spicy chicken, instead I got regular which was dry and mediocre. The coleslaw was the worst, had to throw it away. Why is there pickle juice in it now? It does not belong in everything despite its current popularity.
Worst Popeyes ever, I don't even know why I still order. Never in any of my experiences have I received the correct order. How do I get mashed potatoes instead of chicken sandwiches? It's still the beginning of the day. Done with this place.
Made an almost $40 delivery order that was never delivered. Had to get a refund from Popeyes Customer Support. From reading the reviews, it seems like this isn’t the first time this location has had issues like this. Don’t order here if you actually want to receive your food.
Tastes like feet but oily.

It's bad enough they don't understand your order then the high prices to boot... only to realize asking for original fried chicken wings n getting hot spicy wings is soo messed up...

Had a great experience in store 3/13 around 10:45pm although the store was closing and staff were tidying up the manager think his name Fresno and his team went above and beyond. Less options were available but they had what I wanted, it was still hot and tasty. THANK YOU to them still being fast, kind and patient after I’m sure they had a long busy day! Awesome

Oopps 2 breast's, not the dark i ordered. Over fried. Dry as dust, lacking flavor. Very poor delivery.. wet ripped bag, cold, late. Bleech
Don’t understand how this place is still drawing customers when the overwhelmed manager and supervisor are behind the counter SCREAMING at guests to line up in a particular manner, absent any line partitions or other ‘crowd’ control tech. The food here is always tasting sub par for the brand.
Food was not right the chicken wasn't done. The service was great the lady knew the specials. The atmosphere was horrible. A whole bunch of teenagers hanging around
