Food is great. But they didn't start to prepare my mobile order until I arrived at the store and went to the counter.

The place has hateful employees, and little customer service. They give you the chicken however they want! I go to this one rarely because it is close to me; but this branch should make some notable changes! It always seems dirty, the employees are relaxed, sometimes the chickens in front are running out and they are not attentive to adding more! I ask for my chicken hot and they still make it cold and hard... there are few times that I have felt satisfied with their service.
