Honestly, the bagels are always awesome, but the customer service is so great. They are so busy and yet somehow everybody working there happens to be happy, smiling and fun. Shout out to Recco who answered all my questions about cinnamon butter lol. He also really explained everything about pop-up bagel and he was super helpful in a very busy chaotic setting. Whoever is reading this, whoever has some sort of push bring back the cinnamon butter every day all day every month it does not need to go away cinnamon butter, forever.
