Honestly, the bagels are always awesome, but the customer service is so great. They are so busy and yet somehow everybody working there happens to be happy, smiling and fun. Shout out to Recco who answered all my questions about cinnamon butter lol. He also really explained everything about pop-up bagel and he was super helpful in a very busy chaotic setting. Whoever is reading this, whoever has some sort of push bring back the cinnamon butter every day all day every month it...
The people here are absolutely AMAZING. The area is so nice and clean and the bagels were SPECTACULAR. Came for the first time today and are now BIG FANS. Definitely will be coming back!
Super simple bagel and shmear options, but very high quality food. It’s definitely a rip and dip vibe which I didn’t mind, but I feel like it might piss off the New Yorkers. The store offers around five bagel and schmear flavors with no sandwich options.
