I ordered a sandwich on March 23 I didn’t receive my order and I called no one took my the phone I didn’t receive an order and my money was not refunded😩😩😩

The worst service I’ve ever seen messed up three sandwiches wouldn’t even listen to what I want on the sandwich after I told her don’t throw it away. I’m more than happy to pay for it. I’ll just give it away to someone wouldn’t even listen kept on making mistake after mistake at some point I just wanted to walk out.

Decent food but horrible service. The store was empty, and the employee certainly didn’t look happy seeing me come in. When asked if I was picking up, I answered that I was placing an order. The employee pointed to the “order here” sign and didn’t say anything. When I ordered, what I assumed was them repeating my order back to me, felt condescending as if he couldn’t understand me. I had walked over towards the register and noticed they stopped making my order and had gone back to the task they were previously working on before I came in. I had asked to add extra toppings/sauces, and they pointed to their toppings section and said, “Add there.” When I listed my toppings, they would repeat each ingredient after adding it then pause for the next one, making me repeat myself several times for the rest of the toppings I wanted — which is fine, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude that came with it. Very unfriendly environment, I would not come back again.

the service was so poor they were so rude to me. i work in food service and I get it, low pay and an annoying job. but being that rude and keeping your job is insane. the sandwich was okay but the service was so bad i am not coming back. i urge the managers to revise who they hire

This place has a prominently displayed pot for fresh brewed iced tea, which I love. I was there around supper time, and they actually don't have fresh brewed iced tea - when I asked for it they said they don't actually have it - that the pot was empty. I pointed out how odd it was to have the pot but not actually have the tea. The girl I was talking to didn't seem to care. She said she only works nights and doesn't know what they do in the mornings. I left without buying anything. It was frustrating for them to advertise that they have something they don't actually have. It seems like a terrible way to run a business.

The while crew working on 10/17/2024 @2pm are phenomenal! I interacted with all 3 of them and they were very attentive and responsive. The type if customer service I received from them was above and beyond. At 42 years old, a former server, a former manager in retail, from Georgia, I know service when I see it, and I also know how rare it can be. I don't know the staff's history, but this snapshot today, was a good reflection for this company. I wish I knew their names, but the young man working the counter, has a beard. A black lady made my sandwich. A young black male added toppings. I apologize for my ignorant description but it's all I have. Thanks again

The food was okay but the service was so poor that we certainly won’t be returning. The guy who made the sandwiches couldn’t care less about us being there (although there was only one single other client at the restaurant), did not really answer any questions, and was not very friendly overall. It was a very strange experience, felt like we were burdening them with us ordering food. We wanted to originally dine in but decided to leave because we did not felt welcome.

Except for the Mediterranean, sandwiches are really good. The spice level of the Mediterranean will ruin your mouth for the rest of the day, unless you enjoy your mouth absolutely on fire, I would suggest saving your taste buds from death and order something else. The turkey sandwich was excellent.
