Not sure why folks are giving it a low rating… this is way better than the other food spots in terminal B. It’s not a ripoff and the sandwiches are pretty decent.

Bad Service. Rude.
guys. for airport food this is insane value. why are the ratings so low. BTW pretty sure this is in terminal B (that’s where I got it as of dec 10), but incredibly reasonable prices for a hefty sandwich. $11.65 for a generous portion of protein and u get unlimited toppings????? and it moves super fast. and it’s always toasted. i am shocked that i got this at an airport.
this is just their original classic or whatever, with “the works”. yum!!!
This was my first visit to the Potbelly shop, and I gotta say, the customer service was wicked good. The staff offered me two sandwiches instead of one big one for the same price, gave me a bunch of veggie options, and they were absolutely delicious!

They do not handle Veg vs non-veg meals properly. Same gloves, utensils, knives used to make my veg sandwich that was used to make multiple meat sandwiches. I asked to change the gloves and the guy was very rude about it.

This Potbelly is located right in the terminal B near gate 12. Full service sandwich restaurant with all different choices. I went with the Italian on white and hot peppers. Very delicious sandwich. They also offered different flavors of potato chips and various drinks.

I LOVE POTBELLY! Did ya hear me? I’ll say it again… I! LOVE! POTBELLY! Ain’t that the worst thing you’ve ever heard ????!! But in all seriousness… when ya ask me what I love most, I forget about my wife and kids and I scream “potbelly!”. That’s caused a few family arguments! Hah!
The reason I mention my love for potbelly is because this location really let me down. Yeah, yeah… I know its in an airport and all, but c’mon! The workers were so hostile! The man taking my order scowled “next” when I was already at the counter. But he did the job, so I’ll give him that credit I guess. The lady asking for my toppings was the least hostile. Give her a raise! Hah!
But boy, oh boy… the lady working where I was paying was like the hostile woman final boss ?. She made me SO uncomfortable. She asked for what I ordered (and I gave it to her!) and then she practically yelled “anything else?” As if she was grounding me. I told her my toppings, and then she said, “SIR, I SAID ANYTHING ELSE!” I was taken aback. This is undoubtedly one of the worst workers I have ever come across. Now I’m not tellin ya how to run your establishment… but my, oh my, I would get a reality check STAT. You cannot be treating paying customers like this. We did nothing wrong! I get that you’re stressed, but making me flat out uncomfortable is weird and I don’t like that. Safe to say I am NEVER coming back and I would not recommend this to anyone.
Plus, the proportions on my sandwich were wonked out! Hah! They couldn’t even get that right!

Sign listed salads. Got in line because I wanted a salad. There were no salads but it was too late to go elsewhere.
Paid almost $9 for my chicken pot pie soup to not have the pie crumbles on top (which is the best part and the reason I buy it). Disappointment and waste of money for a
bowl of soup?
Had the veggie melt they had no avocado or lettuce at 1pm

The price was half of the adjacent shop; the breakfast selections were nice and i went with mishrooms & ham; the add-ons were all fresh and interesting [Italian seasoning!]; toasted a bit so the cheese melted. All good!
