I travel through Terminal B for work almost weekly. This is the only good food option. The sandwiches are better than anything else you’re going to find here and very affordably priced when compared to the highway robbery every other airport restaurant is getting away with. The service is fast and efficient. Note how many more airport employees are buying food here versus anywhere else: they know what’s up.
I also like how they let you use the app to earn points; many airport restaurants don’t let you use their app. If you fly as often as I do, you will be earning free sandwiches in no time.
Lady at the register didn’t know the menu and insisted a water was not part of the combo. It states it clearly under meal deal!
Also how is this considered a sandwich. Maybe for a child but I’ve never seen this little amount of meat in a sandwich.
Completely disappointed.
Really tasty sandwiches and the garden vegetable soup was light and easy on the stomach. Great place to eat inside the airport.
Usually love Potbelly, but staff here is rude and unprofessional. They also left out the Avo in the Avo Turkey. Go elsewhere!
I have to agree with the other reviews that the staff was extremely unwelcoming and rude. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation to take my order and they were out of a lot. Maybe the person responding to these reviews should stop telling us to email them and actually do something about it.
Unbelievably rude attitude from the staff. No etiquette at all to curse at customers…
They stated they only have a large size, shouldn’t they cut the bread to the size you choose? The woman who added my toppings seemed aggravated. When I went to pay the guy tried to charge me 32 dollars and some change for 1 sandwich. I warn others watch what they charge you before swiping or tapping your card.
Not sure why folks are giving it a low rating… this is way better than the other food spots in terminal B. It’s not a ripoff and the sandwiches are pretty decent.

Bad Service. Rude.
guys. for airport food this is insane value. why are the ratings so low. BTW pretty sure this is in terminal B (that’s where I got it as of dec 10), but incredibly reasonable prices for a hefty sandwich. $11.65 for a generous portion of protein and u get unlimited toppings????? and it moves super fast. and it’s always toasted. i am shocked that i got this at an airport.
this is just their original classic or whatever, with “the works”. yum!!!

This was my first visit to the Potbelly shop, and I gotta say, the customer service was wicked good. The staff offered me two sandwiches instead of one big one for the same price, gave me a bunch of veggie options, and they were absolutely delicious!

They do not handle Veg vs non-veg meals properly. Same gloves, utensils, knives used to make my veg sandwich that was used to make multiple meat sandwiches. I asked to change the gloves and the guy was very rude about it.

This Potbelly is located right in the terminal B near gate 12. Full service sandwich restaurant with all different choices. I went with the Italian on white and hot peppers. Very delicious sandwich. They also offered different flavors of potato chips and various drinks.
