Why does this place even exists?

Owners clearly have no interest in operating this place. I don't even think they show up ever.

Uninterested employees and bad food. Please skip this place if it is still open.

Just paid $7 for a pre-bottled smoothie and it was pretty bad

I had a disappointing experience at this smoothie place today. Despite having three employees on duty, none seemed to have a grasp of their products or customer service. When I mentioned my allergy and asked about an ingredient, I was told to 'look at the sign.' When I inquired about the contents of the protein puffs which didn’t have any ingredients listed the response was simply 'it’s puffed protein,' which was unhelpful and dismissive. I was also incorrectly informed that there were no oats or oat milk, only to find out later that there were. To top it off, they were out of bananas. Frustrated, I asked for a refund, but they couldn't even print a receipt, just telling me that 'the refund should show up.' It's clear that there's no proper training on handling allergies or customer concerns here.

Dietary restrictions: Not prepared or any training on allergies. Terrible experience.

Ordered online delivery via the website , they sent a driver to wrong location, called customer service, they re-sent another driver to deliver, took more than 2 hours to receive my orders. 2nd driver delivered the order, missing 1 item, the store didn’t even contact me. I had to call customer service again to get refund instead of waiting another hour for delivery . What a horrible customer service, didn’t say a word or apology for the mistakes.

I like the acai bowls, the sweet ones. Having detailed explanation of everything was good. It was just weird that they did not have the banana at their hand when I ordered. And little pricey, you can eat a much bigger portions for that price.

I used to enjoy Pressed juices, but I developed a mild almond allergy rather recently. If you have a tree nut allergy, be aware there is a high likelihood of cross contamination. Corporate will tell you not to drink their products. I don't understand why some juices with specific ingredients would be contaminated, but I had a bad reaction from a roots 2 juice. Just a head's up!

The store's hours say it's open at 9am on Sunday, so I ordered pick up for 10am. Walked there from my apartment, and the place was locked with no one in sight, even though I received and email saying that my order was ready. I wouldn't recommend ordering in advance from here because they may not be open. Very frustrating.

If you want to try detoxing your system, please try their cleanse detox 2 juice. They will give you 6 juices for $30 and you will have to drink it for the whole day. For me whole day was good except I felt hungry during the evening but their vanilla almond drink helped to settle my hunger. Trust me, next day you will feel energized and light. Worth a try.

This place is run by a group of inexperienced. I am a long VIP member that buy from here regularly for the brand. But faced occasional issue, disrespectful service, replacing ingredients without asking, runny acai everytime, not taking orders without any notice, closing early without any notice. Overall horrible service compared to other Pressed.

Had to ask customer reps more times than I've ordered to redeliver items or deliver from a farther store at this point. This pressed location keep messing up my order or causing my order to be cancelled via delivery app.
