Been wanting to try this place in fenway because I love the freezes at the Newbury location! I will say it always looks super dead in here- when I walked in the worker was sitting by the front door and looked bored out of his mind (fair enough it's not a super exciting place to work!). Also weirdly smelled strange... I wanted a vanilla freeze but it was broken so I go the chocolate. A small with 2 toppings was over $10! I can't believe I forgot how expensive these were! Honestly it was yummy and a good healthier replacement for ice cream but wow it's expensive for what you get! Probably won't go often (mostly due to price) and the smell is a little deterring...

I used to enjoy Pressed juices, but I developed a mild almond allergy rather recently. If you have a tree nut allergy, be aware there is a high likelihood of cross contamination. Corporate will tell you not to drink their products. I don't understand why some juices with specific ingredients would be contaminated, but I had a bad reaction from a roots 2 juice. Just a head's up!

The store's hours say it's open at 9am on Sunday, so I ordered pick up for 10am. Walked there from my apartment, and the place was locked with no one in sight, even though I received and email saying that my order was ready. I wouldn't recommend ordering in advance from here because they may not be open. Very frustrating.

If you want to try detoxing your system, please try their cleanse detox 2 juice. They will give you 6 juices for $30 and you will have to drink it for the whole day. For me whole day was good except I felt hungry during the evening but their vanilla almond drink helped to settle my hunger. Trust me, next day you will feel energized and light. Worth a try.

This place is run by a group of inexperienced. I am a long VIP member that buy from here regularly for the brand. But faced occasional issue, disrespectful service, replacing ingredients without asking, runny acai everytime, not taking orders without any notice, closing early without any notice. Overall horrible service compared to other Pressed.

Had to ask customer reps more times than I've ordered to redeliver items or deliver from a farther store at this point. This pressed location keep messing up my order or causing my order to be cancelled via delivery app.

Disappointed. I came in. Excited to get one of the freezes. Instead, I was incredibly disappointed in the experience. I walked in, and the entire place smelled like weed. There was only one worker and I can't tell if it was him or someone else who had come in earlier, but someone has definitely been smoking inside the café. that's already red flag and safety hazard number one. Then I just had a poor experience with my service. I have been to Pressed before and know their menu well. When I ordered a freeze, the worker lethargically served me. Then, the worker didn't even fill my cup. I'm not talking about going over and being a good portion. He just didn't fill the cup even to the line of the cup. Literally like 5 bites in the cup. I had ask him to even give me a sufficient amount and if he could fill it to at least the cup line. He also skimped on toppings, not surprised. Like I said, I've been here before and know my order. I know what a typical serving is and that was not it. I almost walked out and just decided like I'm not going to pay for this. That's how much I felt the poor service. Overall just very disappointed in the experience. Would not recommend at all. If I could rate a 0, I absolutely would.
